Compatibility Quiz Pt. 1 (1454)

"Everyone please welcome the famous newlyweds OLIVIA RODRIGO and Y/N Y/L/N!!" The interviewer shouted as your cue to grab Olivia's hand and run out onto the stage with her. Loud claps and screams of "I love you!" And "congratulations!" Are everywhere as you and Olivia sit down on a red leather couch placed right in front of the interviewer.

"Welcome, it's so wonderful to have you both here, my name is Daniel and I'll be giving you the compatibility quiz." He said and you gave him a smile, "thank you for having us." Olivia said.

"Alright should we start?" He asked, "hold on actually I wanna say something before we start." You interrupted him. Olivia looked at you worriedly, "what's wrong?" She asked you.

"Nothing wrong, I just need to prove I'm right." You reassured her and playfully rolled her eyes mumbling "as always." Causing everyone in the audience to laugh along with Daniel.

"We are sitting on leather." You tapped the couch once "see leather is comfortable..." you said looking over at Olivia across the couch.

"Y/n, for the last time we are not getting a leather couch because you want our house to be retro. We didn't even buy it yet! And we're in an interview can we talk about this later?" She said in frustration.

You had asked Olivia to make your new house 'retro' and she had shot the idea so many times you practically see it coming.

"Fine sorry, please Daniel continue." You looked over at Daniel to see him grinning back at you "you guys are so cute!" She said and claps of agreement came from the audience.

"Okay so this is how this interview will go, Bob is gonna come out in a second to give me a couple cards with questions on them the three of us have never seen. Then I'll read them out and give you some time to write down your answer in the notebooks in front of you. But there's a twist, once we show our answers we're gonna guess why? That's the other person's answer, understand?" Daniel said and both you and Olivia nodded.

A guy wearing all black, who you assume is Bob comes out and gives Daniel the cards then runs backstage.

"Ok we're starting off simple, What is your favourite colour, and why?" Daniel read aloud.

You grabbed the notebooks and handed one to Olivia along with a pen then both of you started writing.

You: blue, because that's the colour that's always stereotyped to stand for male and even though I identify as a female I believe anyone can wear/love any colour...fuck stereotypes.

Olivia: green because it's the first colour I saw after my leg surgery. Y/n was wearing a green hat, waiting beside my bed for when I wake up.

"Alright, everyone ready?" Daniel asked and you and Olivia simultaneously said 'yes'.

"Ok read out loud the colour only." Daniel said and you nodded for Olivia to read it first.

"Green." She said looking over at you, a big smile grew on your face because you remember her telling you the reason she loved green so much a couple years ago.

"Y/n! You still with us?" Daniel calls and I look at him, "yeah sorry mine is blue." This caused Olivia to smile slightly, knowing you you probably picked some social injustice to fight for.

"Ok y/n why did Olivia pick green?" Daniel asked.

"Because when she woke up form her leg surgery a couple years ago I was wearing a green hat and it's the first thing she saw." You said and the audience waited for Olivia to say if it's right or not.
