"So remind me again why you want my help to bake a cake?" My aunt asked as she stirred the cake mix.

Chocolate. Harry's favorite.

I smiled. I still couldn't talk for another day, but everyone had learned my body language. I smiled and grabbed my white board.

'Harry' I showed her the board. "Oh yes. When's his birthday? The second?" She asked as she poured the mix in the glass pan. I shuck my head. "Put the timer on please. 30 minutes. Not the second? The first, then?" I went over to the oven and smiled.

"He means a lot to you huh, El?" I nodded my head. He really did. He was my world now. And I really didn't mind. She put the cake mix in the oven. "Let's talk while it bakes ok?" I nodded and sat up on the counter. She jumped up next to me.

"We need to talk." She said. I tilted my head. "You've had some pretty serious boyfriends. Andrew, was the most serious and I know you we're hurt when he left you. And you've never really been super close to any girl but Ashely. You and Harry are closer then anyone you have been close to and I just want to make sure you know what your doing. I don't want you to get hurt. I know the effect he has on you. Like when you two were fighting, it's not good on either of you. And you know we love Harry, right?"

I nodded. I knew why she was saying this. I got this same conversation with Andrew. He was my first everything. My first friend. Boyfriend. My first kiss. We were together a year when he didn't want me anymore. Harry wouldn't do that would he? Not want me anymore? I questioned it constantly. "Good. Cuz we do love him. He treats you good. You guys are the same in a lot of ways. Just want to make sure you know what your doing." She gave me a weak smile.

I smiled back at her protection side. And hugged her. She laughed. "Good. Hey do you want to see if Harry wants to come over for dinner?" I nodded and grabbed my phone off the counter.

'Babe! Want to come over for dinner? Aunt said it was alright.'

"Want me to hide the cake?" She said. I nodded and smiled when my phone buzzed. It was Harry.

'Wouldn't miss it for the world:)

I'll have Gem, drop me off in 15. That cool?'

I sent a reply to him and showed my Aunt the text. "Haha good. You go get ready I'll hide the cake and start dinner Kay?" I gave her a hug and ran upstairs. I striped down and got on my blue jeans and a blue plaid shirt. I started to brush through my hair and untangle all the knots. I need a hair cut... I'll have to remind Aunt Lucy about that later. I decided to leave my hair down and recurl my bangs. Harry liked my hair down and it looked good so I figured why not.

I but some more mascara on and when I was finished I heard the bell ring so I ran down stairs to see my Harry at the door. I smiled up at him. He smiled back down at me. "Hi, boo!" He yelled and picked me up in a hug knowing my aunt was in the kitchen. Had she not been we probably would have snogged right there in the door way but he only kissed my neck.

"Hello, Harry!" My aunt yelled from the kitchen. He walked over to her and I shut the door and ran after him. "Hi, Mrs. Lucy. What's for dinner?" She smiled at his question. "I was thinking noodles. Something soft on our girls throat. Does that sound ok?" She grabbed the pan from the bottom of the cabinets. Harry smiled and put his hands around my waist. "Yes, that sounds fantastic." I smiled and snuggled my head to his chest.

"I'm home! My uncle yelled from the front door. I ran over and hugged him. "Hey, boo! How's your throat?" He asked as he took off his jacket and put it in the front closet. I have him a thumbs up. It was feeling better. Not by much, but by some. "That's great!" He put his arm around me and walked into the living room. Harry was sitting on the coach. His hands folded in his lap and his feet doing the same weird different direction thing.

He stood up when he saw my uncle. "Hello, Mr. Taylor." He smiled his Harry smile showing his dimples. "Hey, Harry. How's your family?"

His smile faded a little. He loved his mum. Loved Gemma more then anything too. He just had problems with his dad. Ever since his parents divorced when he was 8 everything has been rough. "They're fine." He sat back down and fiddled with his fingers.

"What did I do?" My uncle whispered in my ear. I grabbed a note book from the side table and a pen. 'Dad stuff. Can we have a minute?' He nodded. "Um. Well. Im'a go into the kitchen with your aunt. I'll call you guys when dinners ready." He walked out and I heard him reunited with my aunt.

I sat next to Harry and looped my arm through his. "I love my dad. I do. I just. I can't." He paused and buried his head in his hands. I put my hand on his back and ran it back and forth. I put my other ham on his knee. I wish I could talk. But I also wish I knew what to say exactly. "I'm sorry. Divorce is hard on the kids. More so then the parents." He struggled to say. I buried my head in his shoulder. He kissed my forehead and wrapped his arms around me. "I'm sorry I'm complaining. You've got I worse." He said staring straight on. I shook my head and grabbed the pen and paper.

'How do I have it worse? I have you. And my aunt and uncle. That's all I need.' I showed it to him and I got a glimpse of his dimples. "And I have you." He leaned down and kissed me. It wasn't one of his normal kisses. It was soft and gentile. He pulled away and grabbed me by the hip and my thigh and pulled me onto his lap.

He tangled his fingers in my hair an kissed my neck. I got goose bumps all around my body and I could feel Harry smile against my neck. "Oh I have that effect on you do I?" I laughed and playfully pushed him away. I stood up an fixed my shirt and straighten my hair so it wasn't crazy. Harry got up an wrapped his arms around my waist. "Thanks for making me feel better." I smiled and nodded.

"Dinner!" We heard my aunt yell from the kitchen. I pouted. "Coming!" Harry yelled back. He grabbed my hand and led me to the kitchen. My aunt was setting things on the table and my uncle was getting drinks. "Everything better?" He said as he turned around with my tea and handed it to me. I nodded. "Yes, sir. I apologize about earlier. I didn't mean to be so unstable..." He apologized and took his seat at the table. I took mine next to him and sipped my tea. "It's quite alright. We of all people understand family issues.aaA''aa'" I almqqost spat out my tea. What the hell? Why would he say that!

I coughed and put my tea down. I shot him a warning glance then I realized my aunt was doing the same. "We'll we do! Harry knows! I don't see why we don't talk about it. Nothing's happened. Ellie is old enough to be mature about it." I couldn't believe what I was hearing. And poor Harry was caught in the middle. I started to talk when Harry stopped me. "El, you still have a day or two before you can talk." He put his hand on my knee. I pouted and crossed my arms.

"Taylor. It's still uneasy for her. You had time with your parents. You still have your mom. I have both my parents. She just has us..." She looked down a cradled her stomach. "Your right. I'm sorry, Boo. It wasn't very polite of me. I apologize." I nodded.

"Let's eat!" My aunt said.

-After dinner-

"Thank you, Mrs. Lucy. That was delicious!" Harry politely said as we got done with the dishes. She nodded. "Now run along, kidos." She smiled and I mouthed thanks. She laughed and shued us out of the kitchen. Harry took my hand and guided me up stairs to my room. I ran in front of him and put my iPod on shuffle. The first song that played was fall by secondhand serenade. Perfect. Harry came in a smiled. He knew my plan and liked it.

I grinned and sat on my bed. Harry closed then door and joined me. He put his hand to my cheek. I wrapped my arms around his neck. We kissed and laid down. Perfect. I thought. Just perfect.
