It's now been a year since my lost love Sam passed away. I still take Seth jr to Sam's grave every saturday and, now Sam jr and Angel come's too. They each carry a single black rose to graveyard. Seth jr still talk's to Sam.
Sunday's are now spent at my future in law's. The children love playing with there grandfather Merlin. I sit and drink blood with my future Mother in law Angel.
We are becoming very close she tell's me. I am the daughter she never had. " Chris my dear one tell me what's wrong you look so far away ".
I force a smile. " Nothing really just worried about the wedding ". She know's me so well. I know she know's I'm lying.
" Chris you know you can tell me anything ". I know, I can. It's so hard. " Angel I'm thinking about Sam again. I blame myself for his death if only, I had fought my Father and didn't go away maybe Sam will still be alive ",
She smile's and shake's her head. " I know what you mean in a way ". I was shocked. I stare at her. " Yes Chris. I fell in love with a human. Once long ago his name was John we fall in love. My Father like your Father found out and sent me away that was when I met and fell head over heel's in love with Merlin. " she pause's there a moment.
" We returned here together and, I went to John and told him we could only be friend's and he left the island and, I never heard from him again ". I was truely shocked. I alway's thought Merlin and Angel had only loved each other.
" How did you cope with the loss ". She smile's. " I didn't at first, I promised myself on my wedding day. I would lock John in my heart and hold him there forever only to be remembered, when I was alone ".
We sat and talked for hour's until Seth arrived to take us home. I hug Angel and thank her for everything.
Once back home we put the children to bed they need to sleep for now. Once they change they will never sleep again.
I'm standing looking at my children thinking how sad that they have to grow up in 2 half year's. Seth jr will be a pure blood and in 2 year's. Sam jr and Angel will be pure blood and my baby's will be out hunting and finding there way through this world.
In one week I'm marrying Seth so everything is up in the air and, I do mean that, The palace garden's have be remodeled for this wedding. Everyone is busy getting flower's and food ready for the guest's both human's and vampire's will be here.
It's wednesday morning and I'm in the village with my Mother in law Angel and Lex. I'm getting fitted for my wedding dress. I'm getting married this saturday and the nerve's are kicking in.
" Chris my dear one don't look so worried everything will be perfect ". I smile. " Yes I know ". I still feel part of my heart is dead. I still keep Sam's note with me. I miss him so much.
The fitting is done. I leave the shop with my adopted sister in law and my Mother in law. We go to a coffee shop and drink blood and chat.
At this point you might be wondering about Lex and Mark's baby well they had a little boy. They named him Josh.
We are still unsure if he will be a full vampire. As his father was human at the time. Yes Mark is a vampire now. Mark is at the palace living with my Father to see them together you would think that. Mark is my full brother instead of my adopted brother.
I know once, I marry Seth my Father will wont me to take over his rule. I dont want it. I've been trying to talk him into giving it to Mark. But so far I'm not winning and Seth is still one of the royal guard's.
It's the night before the wedding and, I'm staying in my old room here at the palace with the children. As in the morning I'm marrying Seth in a way my childhood sweet heart. My Father is excited about the wedding and, I'm very nervous about the day head.
It's now morning and it's the day of the wedding and the stylist and makeup artist are here doing my hair and makeup.
My hair is put in a bun with loose curl's around my face then my crown is placed on top. Make up is now done. It's now time for the dress.
My skirt has four layer's of white lace and silk and the bodice is black silk after this is done. I pick up my white lace glove's and put them on.
I then turn to see Lex is already in a off the shoulder blue silk dress that goes down to her feet and, my little Angel is in a blue puffy dress and Seth jr is cute in a little tux and so is Sam jr. My children look so cute.
My father has arrived to take me to Seth. " Are you ready Christbella ". I nod and put my arm through his. We then walk down the stair's.
When we get to the back door Lex is lining up the children little Angel and Sam jr go first. Then Seth jr. As he is the ring bearer and then Lex and then me and my Father.
The wedding march start's and we walk. As we get closer. I see Seth and Merlin standing at the alter in there tux's.
They look handsome and so much a like. Once at the alter my Father passes my hand to Seth, and step's back.
As we exchange our vow's. We then moved on to the party and my Father stand's and toast's us. " TO MR&MRS SETH LOCKE ". Everyone raise's a glass and then the dancing begin's.
Half way through the party. I sneak out to the fountain and raise a glass of blood to the sky and smile.
" I can forgive you now Sam and, I will hold you forever in my heart ". I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn to see Mark and, I smile and we hug, " Hi sis ".
He says to me, that's what he call's me now and I call him bro. " Hi bro ". He smile's. " Congrat's sis and you know Sam will be watching over you now and he always will ".
I smile. " Thanks bro for both ". I kiss him on the cheek and we both raise our glasses and say together. " To Sam and to us may you live forever in our heart's ".
We leave the fountain together, later that night. I leave with Seth and the children to start our life together and now. I will leave sam to rest ...
