Warning...this chapter will finally be hotter than expected. still no smut to speak of, the scenes are not as detailed...But remains for experienced readers ^^I prefer to warn but if I think it remains very soft. I slowed down to keep it as public as possible while bringing out what I had in mind ^^Sorry for the delay in publishing...Personal problems have slowed down my inspiration but it's starting to get better and I'm giving myself until August 9th maximum to give you the last two chapters or the big last chapter that will close this story.

Sand... Sand as far as they could see. What the hell had they been stuck with again? That's what came directly to Octavia's mind after having the Anomaly for the umpteenth time. But of course, the first words her older brother spoke were:

"Clarke! Where is Clarke? Where is everyone? How are we going to find them?"

"We don't even know if they're here Bel. Knowing Clarke, she would have tagged their direction one way or another. Several hours passed before Elf reopened that damned portal and God only knows how it works. We may not even be in the same universe. We need to find a way to get out of here or at least get to safety until the new Anomaly reappears."

Bellamy nodded, obviously resigned. If his worry overwhelmed him so much that he could only put on an exhausted face, he was still proud of his little sister's wisdom. Sometimes, she was almost more mature than him...

"You'll find each other again. I' ve no doubt about it."

"I know. But I still don't like it. I could never give up on her O, even if I wanted to."

The young woman gave him a few seconds and then said in a resolute tone: "We can't stay here. We have to at least find water and a place sheltered from the sun. We don't know how long we'll be here. Hopefully, we'll run into a nice group again that will help us wait until our next trip."

They set off, following the north with the compass Dustin had given them before they left. This kid had saved their lives once again without knowing it. Without this little object, moving through this endless desert would have undoubtedly caused their loss. If they still didn't know if their direction was the right one, they would at least know where they were and how to get back on their way.

They had walked for more than an hour when they saw them coming from afar. Well, an hour that seemed like at least five to them because of the heat and dryness around them. They would soon run out of water, although they felt they were saving as much as possible. And then, just as Octavia was beginning to think that this time they might not make it, she saw them in the distance. A herd of a hundred horses led by copper-colored riders with long ebony braids. If the two Blakes were at first relieved to see life awakening on this horizon of infinite sand, it was short-lived. Indeed, it took them only a few seconds before they realized that their saviors looked more like frightening warriors... They were perhaps far from being saved after all... it was quite the opposite in fact. It was necessary to find a solution and hurry...

The two brunettes barely had time to exchange a worried look before the warrior cavalcade surrounded them.

"I think we're really in trouble this time big brother! They don't look friendly."

Fortunately, crossing the portal allowed them once again to adapt to the language and to understand their captors who were quite surprised to find strangers speaking their language. Perhaps this is what saved them from having their heads chopped off on the spot.

Bellamy kept repeating that they wanted no trouble and that they were coming in peace when the circle parted and calmed down to let a tall muscular warrior pass whose eyes were surrounded by black that made his gaze even more piercing. If Bellamy was only more panicked, Octavia seemed captivated by this virile apparition. And when the man with the long beard plunged his eyes in hers, all fear suddenly disappeared in spite of the coldness that the rider gave off. This man inspired respect, fear. But Octavia was stronger than that, and what he awakened in her had nothing to do with any form of panic. She knew that their lives were in the hands of this man who seemed to be the leader of this people, but all that he provoked in the young Blake could be summed up in one word that she had probably never felt so strongly: lust.
