"Let's go Mia!" said my best friend Ryan as we made our way to the top of the hill. It was freezing cold as we made heavy footprints with our boots in the choppy snow. "I can't believe I am getting dragged into another one of your stunts." I said as I looked down from the top of the hill. "Hello, we are live on what we call stunt mountain!" he said while attaching his go pro to his head. "Mia you go first." he said. "Ok then. Wish me luck." I said as I put my body on my sled. I pushed myself and off I went. Bits of snow were getting in my mouth and rocks in the way were making the ride down bumpy like going over multiple speed bumps. I could hear Ryan behind me screaming "Woohoo!" with a blissful expression on his face. Then, I turned around and a huge rock was in front of me. I tried to maneuver away from it but it was too late. I hit the rock with a thud and my body felt like it was going in slow motion as I was heading towards the icy snow. I could hear Ryan screaming my name, birds flying away, see the moon that seemed to be staring at me, and then my body slammed to the floor with my broken sled falling next to me.
Somewhere else at the same time, Surtur was destroying Asgard with the goddess Hela on it. "NO! Curse you, Thor! I will get you. Curse you! Curse you!" Hela screamed as Thor escaped from the flaming ashes of his home. "She is finally dead." Thor said while feeling a sense of relief. "Yes and you are now king of Asgard." said Valkyrie as she pointed to the chair in the room. Thor sat in the chair then looked towards the surviving Asgardians on the ship. "Cheers to the new king" said Valkyrie and soon after everyone started clapping and cheering for the new king.
Hela's spirit was floating through the galaxy, finding a host body. Eventually, Hela's spirit made her way to Earth and into Mia's body.
Mia was in a hospital bed, unconscious . Inside her consciousness, there was a battle between two souls. "Who are you?" Mia said to this being that was in an empty white room with her. "I am Hela. I am going to take this body then KILL THOR." said Hela as she made a giant knife and threw it at Mia. Struck by fear Mia hesitated until the very last second to dodge and got a scar on her arm. But Hela was quick and appeared in front of her with a knife and stabbed her."I am taking over now." said Hela as she removed the blade from Mia's chest. Blood dripped on the white floor below me as I felt a cold sensation then fell asleep.
"Mia, you're awake!" said Ryan as he hugged his newly conscious friend. "Alright back off". Said Mia, pushing Ryan to the floor. Doctors rushed in, helped Ryan up, and then analyzed my condition. "She'll be free to go in 2 days after some rehabilitation training," said Doctor Sythe. The pair left the hospital and went to rest in their own apartments which are right next to each other with bad internet.
"This body is very similar to mine." said Hela as she closed her hands into fists. Suddenly, Hela had a major headache and heard a noisy ringing sound in her head. It was Mia, tryin to break free from Hela's control, but once again Hela took control. This eternal battle would happen all evening on repeat until morning the next day.
Hela was walking on the sidewalk when she caught sight of her brother converating with civilians. Hela got a bitter taste in her mouth and hatred in her eyes as she made two knives appear on either side of her. "Thor!" she screamed as the two knives flew into Thor's chest.
Thor fell to the floor in pain as Hela raced toward Thor and was standing above him. "Hello, brother." she said as she smiled pointing a knife that was shining in the sun right over his head. "You're dead! How..." Thor said in confusion while coughing out blood. "I took over a girl's body so I am alive. I have my powers because the people of Asgard are alive." said Hela. Iron Man came in from above and let out an energy blast at the knife. Hela looked up and said, "You're interrupting." "Oh I did. Sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt your execution but you're causing a commotion and I am trying to concentrate." Tony said as he landed near Hela then shot another blast at her but Hela dodged with her asgardian reflexes. Just as she was about to throw another huge knife that would surely kill Tony, Mia fought back again."Get out of my body!" said Mia as she made ringing noises in Hela's head. She screamed in pain as Falcon, Iron Man, and Captain America pursued her and put her in Shield Jail.
"So, you're saying that Hela was brought back to life in another girl's body?" said Nick Fury to a wounded thor. "Also, I think the girl in that body before hasn't completely given up her body yet," Iron man said with a hand on his beard, "She seemed distressed at some point and dropped her knife. Possibly an internal conflict." Nick Fury sighed and said"We have no choice but to kill her. One life or possibly hundreds. I think I would go with one." He walked away with heavy footsteps and a grimm look in his face.
Meanwhile, inside of Mia's body, Mia was questioning how to take control against such a powerful being. "This is my body! I have to find some way out."
She said as she wandered around her consciousness which was what she wanted it to be. If she imagined a desert it would become a desert that was hot and dry. When Mia changed something inside of her consciousness, Hela would hear ringing in her head because she was supposed to be in control. "Mia!" said a voice from the outside. "Mia!" it continued to shout as she looked up and through Hela's eyes she saw Ryan, her only orphan friend.
"Who are you and what do you want with me?" Hela said coldly to Ryan. "I don't know who you are but you're not Mia." Ryan said with tears dripping down his cheek. Hela looked away in disgust as Ryan confessed that he had feelings for Mia. Inside her body, Mia heard this and screamed,"I Love you too!". The world began to change rapidly as she felt various emotions about the current situation. Happiness from Ryan, Sadness from the fact that she can't respond, and anger at Hela were emotions that empowered her and suddenly she took over control.
Mia was surprised to finally be in her body and when she looked at Ryan she put her hand on the glass in the cell and said,"I like you, too." Ryan looked up as shocked as someone at their surprise party. He put her hand on the glass just where Mia's hands were and smiled. "Hey, what are you doing here?" said a guard as he rushed towards Ryan. "Oh yeah I kinda snuck in here. Gotta go!" He said as he dashed to the left going a mile a minute. Mia burst out laughing as Ryan was being chased by an agent.
"No! This can't be. How did she overpower me?" said Hela as she panicked inside of Mia's body. She released hundreds of swords and sent them flying all around the white room she was in. "Ahh!" screamed Mia and her eyes turned green. The metal anti-power cell she was in broke shattering all over the floor. An alarm rang and the avengers rushed to see what was happening.
"We need to restrain her." Captain America said and threw his shield at Mia. It hit her head and she fell on the floor. "Quick get her now!" said Tony "HULK SMASH!" said Hulk as he tried to slam Mia but then she dashed forward and punched Hulk in the stomach. The building was destroyed and the smell of blood lingered in the air as Hulk fell to the ground with a thud. Iron Man let out five repulsor beams but Hela dodged them with ease and threw a sword through his leg. Iron Man groaned in pain and crashed through the top floor of the building down to the third floor. Black Widow was engaging Hela in hand-to-hand combat. Suddenly, Black Widow screamed,"Thor now!" and was taken away by Vision. Above Thor let out his greatest technique called "Zeus' Bolt" and a flash of powerful lightning electrocuted her and she was knocked unconscious.
Iron Man, Mia, and Bruce Banner were recovering from their injuries. Vision split Mia and Hela with the Mind Stone which took immense time and precision. When Mia woke up she said,"I am so sorry! I didn't mean to-". "It's fine, it's not your fault,"Iron Man interrupted. "It was Hela's and her soul has gone somewhere else now. Now you and this kid will get the heck out of here." He threw a scared Ryan on the floor. "Ryan!" Mia helped him up and fixed his clothes. "A guard found him for breaking into Shield. He didn't actually do anything but he'll have to work as a janitor." said Iron Man, "But for right now go home. "Ok bye." said Mia and Ryan as they walked out the building holding hands.
