Dan's POV
"Hey guys! So there is something...rather big...that I thought you'd like to know."
I casually scratch my head clearly showing the wedding band on my finger.
"Oh that?" I laugh pointing to my finger, "Yeah. I got married. Jessica, you can come on camera if you like."
Jessica hops up on my bed and says hello. I glance at her and smile. God her husband was lucky to have her.
We talk for awhile saying how we met and how me and Phil no longer lived together. When we ended the video, Phil walked into the room and smiled.
"Thanks for doing this Jess," he says happily.
"Of course! I'm glad you guys are together. I'm also glad you don't have to worry about taking off your wedding rings now. They'll just assume we're married," Jessica gestures toward me, "and they'll assume that you and Becky are married!" Jessica says cheerfully.~ The next day ~
Phil's POV
"Dan, dinner is done!" I call out to him.
I wait for some sort of acknowledgement, but he doesn't say anything our come out of his room.
"Dan?" I say a bit louder.
Still no response.
I walk to his room and knock on the door. Maybe he's listening to music while editing. But there's still no response.
I open the door and find him curled up in his blankets with his hobbit hair in his face.
He is so beautiful, I think smiling.
I sit on the edge of his bed and tap his nose.
"Bear, dinner is ready," I say soothingly when his eyes flutter open.
"Okay," he yawns.
"We can stay here and cuddle if you want," I say.
"Okay," he stays burying his head under my chin.
I listen to him breathe as he slowly falls alseep in my arms. I kiss the top of his head and lay him back down on his bed, take off my pants and shirt, pull the cover over us and caress his body as we fall asleep.
