Part 2 - Prologue

In the days of yore

In the days of yonder yore , beings called "demons" ravaged the realm , slaughtering countless humans . The Mother goddess , Sistentia , unable to bear it , sent her vassals down from her holy garden to the mortal realm .

called "angels" ,they were spiritual beings who descended upon the world and took form . said to possess wings of pure white , they flew over the mortal realm , fending off the demons.

However , even with their super-natural magic and strength , they could not eradicate the demons . Instead , they became protectors of humanity , being a shield to the humans .

This led to the thousand year war , a stand off between both sides , neither willing to move an inch .

However , even the most fragile of peace did not last for long, for the demons started to stirr . A new Ruler of Darkness was crowned not long before , arousing the demons , spreading chaos once again across the mortal realm .

The angels , not able to hold out under the weight of the demon's attacks , ultimately failed . Leading to the massacre of Sora , the capital of the time.

As blood seeped into the earth , staining it red , the angels made a decision.

Using the last of their remaining power , the angels formed an unbreakable seal , sealing away all the demons into the pits of hell.

Upon sacrificing their power , the angels reverted back into their spiritual bodies , forever moratorium from taking physical form again . As they they transcended back to the Goddess's Garden

Even the smallest of embers can start an inferno . The demons , about to be sealed , left their final parting gift .

Breathing life into magic beasts , beasts with no intelligence , bent on destroying the world .
