Chapter 5

Violette pov
I was running around the school looking for Harry. Where was that twin of mine?

I huffed and ran till I found some of the professors. I ran up and spoke.
"Professors." McGonagall turned to me and spoke.
"What is it Violette?"
"I can't find Harry anywhere and Ron is missing also." McGonagall panicked and rushed off. Snape sighed and put his hands on my arms.
"Why don't I take you back to the common room? You shouldn't wander."
"But........." He sighed and spoke.
"I'm sure your twin will be fine. Now let's go." I sighed and followed him.

When I get into the common room Eliza ran over and hugged me.
"We were worried about you. Two letters came for you. I didn't open them. Don't worry." I smiled and jumped down. I took the letters and sat by the window. I opened Bill's first.

Dear Lettie,
I told you before I don't mind giving you advice. I see you as a little sister and I hope you can see me as a older brother. As for your problem just make it clear he isn't capable of this. Simply tell them he's not smart enough or something of the sort that doesn't make it sound like you are defending him. As for your feelings maybe give him a chance to change. If he does care for you the way you do for him then he'll want to do better for you. You are a amazing and bright girl and don't ever doubt that. And I'm sorry about writing to Charlie but I figured he could help also. Back to this boy. Just tell him the truth. Nothing bad could happen. Let me know if you need anymore help. Also this summer my family is coming to Egypt. Mum mentioned it and I told her they should invite you and your twin. Think about it please. I would love to see you and show you what I do. Lots of loves and hugs.

I chuckled and opened the letter from Charlie.

Dear Lila,
I'm sorry to hear you are having a hard time there. If you know this boy didn't do anything then that should be enough for your friends to trust you. As for others don't start arguments you can't win. I'm glad to hear you admitting your feelings. You don't know it won't work unless you try it first. Maybe a relationship could work but you are still young. Don't rush to be in a relationship. You still have your life ahead of you so don't rush. I hope to see you soon Lila and maybe we can talk about this in person. Until then I'm always here if you need me.

I smiled and went off to bed.

Later that day I was sitting in the courtyard reading when I heard a throat cleared. I looked up to see Draco there. I sighed and spoke.
"Yes?"
"May I sit down?" I rolled my eyes and went back to reading.
"I suppose." He sat down then spoke.
"So what are you reading?"
"Just a simple book on magical creatures."
"Oh." I raised an eyebrow then spoke.
"What is it?"
"I was hoping we could talk. Just us." I sighed and spoke.
"Why?"
"We used to be able to talk."
"That was before you decided being a prat was more important." Draco looked upset so I sighed.
"I'm sorry. I just wish others saw you the way I see you. You're not a bad person Draco Malfoy. You just seem to think you should care how others see you. And I don't get it. I like you Draco and I just want you to stop pretending to be something you aren't." He looked shocked then smiled.
"You like me?"
"Shut up." He smiled and spoke.
"You like me." I slammed my book shut and stood up. Draco quickly got up and grabbed my sleeve.
"I'm sorry. It's just I'm not used to someone wanting to get to know the real me." I sighed and spoke.
"I do like you Draco but actually show me you care. Because otherwise I don't want to be with you." I walked away leaving Draco in his thoughts.

At the end of the year I was packing some things up. I would be going to Egypt with the Weasleys and Harry was joining us for a few days before he had to go back to the Dursley's.

I ran down and saw Harry there. I grinned and ran over, hugging him. He smiled and hugged me tightly. We went over to Percy and the others then we all went to the Burrow. Ginny and I talked the whole way then we all left for Egypt once Charlie arrived.

I saw Bill there waiting for us and I ran over to him. Bill smiled and picked me up.
"Oh you are getting bigger." I laughed and hugged him.
"Of course. I am older." He smiled and ruffled my hair. Just then Harry came over. Bill smiled and spoke.
"You must be Harry. I've heard a lot about you. Bill Weasley." Harry smiled and spoke.
"Nice to meet you." Bill greeted everyone then we settled in.

I went downstairs to see Charlie and Bill talking. I smiled and went over climbing onto Bill's back. He chuckled and patted my arms.
"You're almost too big for this Lettie." I shrugged and buried my face into neck. Charlie laughed and spoke.
"You are such a little monkey. You still have that habit of climbing on people." I stuck my tongue out at him and got off of Bill. I sat down and Bill smiled.
"How has it been?" I sighed and spoke.
"If you're referring to that I took your advice and talked to him about it. But I didn't wait for his response. I just left and I haven't heard a single thing since then." Bill smiled sadly and rubbed my back. Charlie patted my hand and gave me a sympathetic look.
"I think he's made his decision." I said trying not to let the tears fall.
