Chapter 28: Cursed Locks

"Hala, thank you so much!" Lauren exclaimed after we took a photo of her with the band.

"Thank you for supporting us too, Ms. Mendoza." Erik said with a smile.

"We can have an exclusive photo together, Lauren." Donny offered, Lauren immediately blushed so I looked at my brother.

"Sure! Sure!" Lauren nodded willingly. Anthony took Lauren's phone. Lauren and Donny posed while looking at the camera.

"Kamay!" Shaun exclaimed, natawa naman ako. Donny removed his hand over Lauren's shoulder, bahagya pang natawa.

"Possessive freak," I whispered. sinamaan naman agad ako ng tingin ni Shaun.

"How about our vocalist there?" Daryl asked, pointing at me. Napaturo naman ako sa sarili,

"Me?" I asked, they nodded.

"Solo picture with me?" Blake asked,

"Kung kasama ka, edi hindi na solo 'yun." Blaze, which happened to be with us, asked. Agad na natawa si Blake at hinila na ako. He put his arm on my shoulder and smiled at the camera. "Don't... no! Remove your arm on her shoulders." Utos ni Blaze,

What the hell? What's with this gray-eyed guy?

"Okay, then." Blake answered and removed his arm on my shoulder... to put his hand on my waist. Blaze immediately hissed. I just smiled awkwardly at the camera.

"Thank you talaga, Blaze! I'm a huge fan of Leviticus!" Lauren said while we are heading to the booths. Napatingin ako kay Shaun na napasimangot pero agad na napairap nang makitang nakatingin ako.

"You are welcome, and it's not a problem." Blaze smiled and shrugged, "But I think you are thanking the wrong person here, Lauren." Blaze gave Lauren a meaningful smile as he looked away. Lauren looked at me as if she's asking me, so I looked at Shaun and looked back at her with a smile.

"Hoy, ma-attitude na kuya ni Shanice." Lauren called him, Shaun immediately raised his eyebrow. "Thank you," I looked at my brother who just shrugged.

Napaka-torpe talaga ng isang 'to, parang tanga. Lauren was still clueless about his feelings tapos wala man lang siyang binabanggit? How could their relationship move?

But I was surprised when he gently pushed me to go in between me and Lauren, kami na tuloy ni Blaze ang magkatabi.

"Are you... going to do something?" he asked out of the blue, I looked at him and caught him staring at me even though we're walking.

"Huh? Wala naman akong gagawin, why?" I asked,

"Rito tayo, let's give them some time together." He whispered and pulled me on the other side, we let them go first while we were just walking and following them. "So, how was the song?" he asked, making my brows furrow. He just looked back on me with a simple smile.

"What song?" I asked, though alam ko naman ang tinutukoy niya but I was just making sure of it.

"The song you sang with Blake," he answered. I don't know why he's asking and why he's asking my opinion but...

"I can somehow relate on it." I chuckled after saying that. Tinaasan niya naman ako ng isang kilay bago humalukipkip.

"You like someone too? And that someone likes other woman?" he asked, I chuckled again and shrugged. Ewan ko ba, bigla akong natawa. "Gusto ka naman ni Aizren Treivor, ah?" that made me stop. Umayos ako bigla ng tayo at tumitig na lang sa dinadaanan. What's the sense of saying something?
