I am standing in the middle of the road . I don't remember how long I have walked and how i reached here. The only thing now I feel is I am tired .
How did I land up here ...am I hallucinating I need some rest. This can't be the the end.

My head hurts....where am I...hospital...How on the earth I ended up here and why am I here...

You are in the hospital.. a person in white coat said.

U fainted on the road . So someone carried you here.As you are fine now complete the formalities so that you can be discharged.

By the way why are you so drained . You should take care your health. How long have you been neglecting your health that you ended up crashing on the road.

I guess i have to take my body seriously frow now on

I soon completed all formalities and was on my way home.
The whole way home I was thinking why am I working so hard. I mean I never wanted to be a doctor. I was forced to take this course and now I am suffering.
The worst part is my senior mentor who makes me work so hard till I ended up fainting on the road.

Now I have to apply for holiday from that devil.

I am just first year past graduate student why do I have to suffer so much in hands of seniors who make take up all their pending cases

No no this won't do I have to come up with something otherwise he will make me walk into my own funeral.

I wrote my leave letter . I attached my medical record.what am I scared off it's a week leave. Come on let's face it for once. Let's go in.
What will he do at max he will scold me yell at me and then might not sanction my leave..

I gathered all my courage and entered my mentors chamber.
He is a stone faced handsome guy who rarely smiles. His looks are his gift I guess. Without looks he has another gift. He is a gifted surgeon. He is doctor chris.

Wait what am I thinking he is reason for my miserable life.

As I entered the room it was like a cold wind just hit my spine.

I calculates today off tomorrow is sunday so two days off ...enough to replenish.
