Tommy: Tommy would raise his kids with manners and respect. If they forgot to say please or thank you, he give them a look of "What did you forget to say?" And if they don't say ma'am or sir, he will prompt them with " yes what?" And he would never yell at them, he would always speak to them in a calm and mannered way.

Sam: Sam raise his kids pretty much the same way Tommy would, the only differences he would be a little bit more lenient on the please and thank you. He would also teach his kids that if they was in the presence of Don Salieri, that they should definitely use their manners, always refer to him as Sir and always say please and thank you. That was his boss after all, and if they really acted up, he would pull them to the restroom and smack their bottoms. He never wanted to do it though. It always hurt him to have to do it.

Paulie: he shows the love and respect, and he never lays a hand on them. He's very lenient on manners, but he does teach them how to respect women/men. He doesn't want them to turn out horrible like Dino and Lou. He sometimes raises his voice at them when they're arguing, or when they badmouth their mother.

Vito: Vito treat his daughter like a queen. He gets her what she needs, and he sometimes spoils her. But when he doesn't have the money, he tries to explain to her that sometimes life isn't fair, and that there isn't always going to be a time where he has money and that sometimes they will go without. He didn't wanna raise his daughter like that, but he had no choice. It's how he grew up. He never got mad at her, even when she stole from him or was selfish. Even when she called him all the awful names she could think of, he never got mad at her. He would always say " i'm not mad at you, I'm just disappointed. And disappointment can go a long ways sweetheart."

Henry: Henry is very protective of his children. You touch them, you'll hurt you. Unless of course you're Vito, Joe, or very well-known friend of his.
