Chapter 1 : The Best Friend

I walked down the school hallway excitedly, my destination? the nearest manga shop! the new volume for "Letters From Heaven" just became available in the region! and I'm dying to buy it!

I was about to turn a left to reach the exit door when suddenly, I heard a voice calling "Kiyo!", I turned around to see Sakura running towards me. "You left without me again!" Sakura said, trying to catch her breath. "Sorry, I was in a hurry" I apologized placing my hand together.

"Anyway!" Sakura exclaims after catching some air, "Remember the manga that you told me to read?" Sakura asked. " Well, yeah, I was going, I mean about to go to the store to buy on--e?!" I was about to tell her that I was going to buy the new volume when she suddenly broughtoutthenewvolumeIwasabouttobuyinherbag!! "You bought one already?!" I asked with sparkling eyes.

"Well, my sister in Tokyo said that it came out there a week ago, so asked her to buy one sonce you liked it so much" Sakura answered with a gentle smile "I was about to give you this 2 days ago when I suddenly got busy with all the marriage candidates my parents wanted me to see -.-" . "Oh, I see, must be tough being an 'ojou-sama' huh?" I joked. "But! I never really wanted to be the heir of the company, it's just...so complicated " Sakura sighed. Well, fair enough, even though Sakura gets everything she wants, there are still life troubles even for rich people. I sometimes think if there is anything I could help her with at all? *sigh*

"Eh? did you just sigh? is something wrong?" Sakura asked, clearly concerned. She really is a nice girl, "Nothing! what could be wrong? I have you! the only best friend a girl would be dying to have!" I exclaimed and hugged her, causing to lift her up from the ground since she's so short hehehe. This is Fujisawa Sakura my best friend :)
