I had been having the same dream for months. It starts out like any normal day of my life but then I see it. The fire crawling up the stairs of my house and down the hall. I could hear my family screaming in pain causing my wolf to wail over and over again. "No!! Mom!! Dad!!" I yelled running down the hall towards there room but I couldn't get to them. The fire was every where I went. I reached up and covered my mouth as I started coughing uncontrollably. If I don't get out of here soon I'm gonna die here. I can't die now. I jumped up suddenly and ran down the hall looking around searching for a way out then I remembered the window in my bed room. Sure it was small but I could fit through easily. I kicked the door open but the fire burst out but I held my arms up, feeling the fire burn my skin. Ignoring the pain I jumped into my room and ran over the window pulling it open quickly. I looked down for just a second before I jumped out the window.

Suddenly my eyes opened and I let out a scream. My hands started shaking as slowly pulled up my shirt sleeve staring at the burn scars going up my arm. They had been healed for some time now but the scars was just a constant reminder that my parents were dead and I was never gonna see them again. I closed my eyes as I felt the tears forming in my eyes "No. You listen to me Claire. You need to be strong. You'll get through this some how" I kept telling myself this over and over again until I convinced my self it was true. I reached over and grabbed my phone seeing a text from my aunt

'Ill be there bright and early to come and get you! Hope your ready'

I smiled a little as I sat my phone back down and looked around the small room. I had been staying in my cousins guest bed room ever since the fire but to be honest I couldn't stay here anymore. Just to much pain. That's why I called my Aunt in Virginia and asked if I could move in with her until I go off for college. I got up and showered and got ready quickly. I grabbed my bags and my phone and walked out the door seeing my Aunt waiting for me in the drive way.

"Thanks again for letting my stay with you Aunt Carrie" I said with a genuine smile
"Oh your no trouble. Of course I'd love having you stay with me" she said happily and started driving towards the air port

Goodbye Arizona and hello to my new life in Virginia
