~Chapter 4~

y/n's POV

"Thanks for this surprise date Hanta." I said as we walked around the park, his hand holding mine.

Once he had woken up I convinced him to take me out on a date, so here we are. "Wanna go grab something to eat?" He asked, I simply nodded as I leaned on him.

"Oh yeah, y/n." He mentions, I hum in response. "Shoto was telling me that he doesn't like Yaomomo." I stopped walked and let go of his hand. She was right.

"Hey, y/n?" Hanta called out as he put his hand on my shoulder. I shoved his hand away. "That means Yaomomo is right. How am I supposed to tell her, she really likes him."

Hanta stared at me, I'm sure he didn't know what to say. "You're his best friend, or one of his close ones. Try to make him like her, or at least figure out why he doesn't." I accidentally raised my voice.

Hanta is probably so confused. Why am I even yelling at him about this? "y/n, calm down. I'll ask him." He tried to touch me again but I stepped back, tripping over my feet and falling. Before I hit the floor I felt tape wrap around me.

"y/n, please be careful." Hanta sighed as he pulled me up to him with his tape. He removed it from my clothes and pulled me into a tight hug. "I'm sorry. I'm just upset. Why is he still dating her if he doesn't like her? He's just leading her on, she'll get really hurt."

He rubbed the back of my head as he kissed my forehead. "I'll talk some sense into him. If he does break up with Yaomomo, make sure you're there for her." I nodded and snuggled into his body.

"Did you still want to get food?" He asked with a small chuckle. "Yes, just because I'm upset, doesn't mean I'm not still hungry." He laughed and held me close to him as we walked to a nearby cafe.

"(favorite coffee), right? And what else?" Hanta asked as we scanned the menu. "How'd you know I'd want a f/c?" I tested, he simply laughed. "I just know my girlfriend so well." I rolled my eyes before looking at the menu.

"What are you getting babes?" I asked he hummed for a moment before looking at me. "I was gonna order whatever you did." I sighed. "Thats what I wanted to do." He laughed.

"You like pancakes right? Lets just get those." I nodded. "That works for me." He smiled. "I'll order for us." I smiled.

After we ate we walked back to the dorms. "You go talk to Todoroki now, and I'll do something, I don't know." He sighed. "Okay baby. I'll see you later, right?" I smiled. "Of course." I mumble as I kiss him. He smiled into the kiss, causing me to smile.

Momo's POV

I'm in the middle of making myself lunch as I notice y/n and Sero walk into the dorms. They whispered something to each other and then they kissed.

Seeing them kiss made me feel like my heart was shattering. I have to endure this. I still like Shoto, I think. So I shouldn't be worried about y/n and Sero dating. I'll put all of my focus into Shoto. I wonder when he'll be back from hanging out with Uraraka and Midoriya.

I walked to my room and sat on my bed as I carefully ate my food. I wonder if he even left yet. He never said anything at all. Maybe he has a lot on his mind and thats why he's never paying much attention.

I'm sure Shoto is stressed with school and home. Being the son of a hero and being one of the top strongest students in our class must be tough.

Maybe I'll ask Sato to help me bake Shoto some
cookies for tomorrow. That would be a nice surprise for him. I smiled to myself as I contently ate.

I heard a knock on my door as I finished my food. I opened it and was surprised to see y/n. "Hey Yaomomo, are you busy right now?" I shook my head, I can feel butterflies in my stomach.

"I was wondering if you'd like to hang out with me for a little. Hanta is a bit busy, so I figured I'd come hang out with one of my best friends." She smiled brightly at me. "We can hang out, I sort of wanted to study though. Would you like to study with me?" I asked her.

She chuckled. "Sure, let me go get my school bag first then." y/n was about to walk away, but I quickly grabbed her wrist. "No need, I'll grab my stuff and we can study in your room." She looked at me curiously. "Will you be able to focus in my room?"

Will I? I should be able to. "It's worth a try. Being a good hero means I'll be needing to adapt easily. So studying in your room will be sort of like training." I explained. "That works, I'll wait for you then."

I quickly grabbed my things, shoving them into my school bag as she sat on my bed. Y/n is on her phone, texting someone. Probably Sero. I don't know why, but I felt a pang of jealousy in my chest.

"Are you ready?" She asked me, completely pulling me out of my thoughts. "Oh, yeah I am." She nodded, pushed herself off of my bed and made her way to my room.

"Yaomomo, we've been studying for so long, can we stop now?" y/n complained as she flopped back onto the floor. I checked the time, it's been two hours. "Yeah, we did a lot today." She sat back up with a big smile on her face.

"Movie time." She said as she grabbed her laptop. "Movie time?" I asked. She looked at me, and laughed. "You made me study, so I'm making you watch a movie with me. Come here." She pat the bed beside her so I crawled to her. She leaned into me as soon as I got comfortable.

I ended up falling asleep halfway through the movie, which I didn't mind much, since I was with y/n.
