Chapter 8

Skye's POV: 

Ï am here Chase." Someone said.

"Ryder!" We shout and run to him.

"Hey pups. Hey Zuma. What happened?" He asked.

"German Shepherds attacked the Lookout and me until Zuma saved me." I answered.

Then Chase walks away and whimpers. I follow him and sit next to him.

"Chase? Are you okay?" I asked.
"No. Because I know who those German Shepherds are. I was part of a pack with them and we wanted to take over Adventure Bay until I disappeared on them and Ryder changed me to be a good guy. And I was the brains but it looks like they are after me but since I changed they didn't realize that they could of took me. But now we must stop them." Chase said.
"Did you hurt anyone?" I asked.
"They did. I never wanted to hurt anyone just...." He started with me interrupting him.
"I get it." I said.

I then put my head on his chest. But then we hear a vehicle pull up behind us. We all turn around to see the Dark German Shepherds.

"Chase we have finally found you! Haha!" The leader said.

"Oh no. Zuma can you get us out of here?" Chase asked.

"No someone gonna have to stay behind." He said.

"I will!" I said.

"What no Skye. You cant handle them." Chase said.

"Trust me." I said.

"Okay." They then get on Zuma's surf board and they drift out to sea. Then I see 5 black figures come off the bridge from above.

"Wait 5?" I said to myself.

They reach me.

"Cousins! And uh?" I said.

"Come on Skye. Let's get you out of here then we will explain." The biggest one said.

"Okay." I said and climb onto the smallest cause I know he a bit stronger.

When we reach the top of the bridge I see Katie waiting. So we climb into her car. Then they take there dark clothes off to reveal two Golden Retrievers, a Husky, a two Mixed Breeds.
