You, [Name], had been hired for the BLU mercs for a few reasons:
1) Your presumed sadism,
2) Your looks, and
3) Your decent dental hygeine.
Now, the sadism part might not have been all that true. That varies from person to person. But what was in the job description was that you would be torturing people brutally. So make of that what you will. You kept driving forward, to the base where they told you that they would be. "They" as in, the mercs, not some government conspiracy or whatnot. You eventually got there, one way or another, and walked in.
It wasn't dirty. You may or may not have expected dirt, but the floors and walls were mostly pristine, very well cleaned. You firstly noticed the large man, wih his bucket hat and soldier uniform. He salutes at you. "Hello, soldier! Welcome to the ranks!"
