Every superhero was born differently, every action made by their hand changes something else in the world. They didn't plan to have powers, they didn't intend it; It just happened. Only they know why they have powers.
Yet, it becomes stressful on their souls over time. With very few to vent to about their situation, how does one release anxiety?
They don't. Like back when they didn't have powers, they hold it in. This is nearly true for everyone. But, there is always someone willing to listen if you open your heart to them. They will surprise you.
Don't hold it in; You save others, so let someone save you for a change."
