           Courtesy means the showing of politeness in one's attitude and behaviour towards others. Courtesy concept was starting in the Middle Ages In Europe, where all the people were expected to place a lot of emphasis in nobility allitude especially amongst the duchess and duke. Not only that, courtesy was important for the government and people. It created a big influence in their cultural lifestyle in that era. The writers in the Europe also published a lot of oldest book about courtesy. These events were continue as it passed through 13th until now. The one was quite popular in historical era are gallantry, bourgeois etiquette and a middle class.
          In the era of globalization, courtesy was slowly forgotten by the young generation as the world become more modern from day to days. Why is this problem happen? There are many factors why was courtesy being ignored by people. One of it is some of them may thought that courtesy means nothing for them and there are also a lot of  individualistic character amongst of the people. Some people may develop a bad manners in their life until it became a lifestyle for them. Courtesy is really important for us because it also a consequences for our cultural, politic,economic and education.
        Firstly, there are a lot of importance in courtesy. Especially when you were involved in certain business environment, you need to develop a professional manner in front of business people because it will get you a positive attention from the other people. If you have a skills and work while following the etiquette,  it will help you to earn some compliments and respect. However, bad manners in the office will caused you a lot of trouble and people might not wanting to worked with you. You can smile a lot in front of the other co-workers and tolerance them without being too bossy or rude.
       Secondly, courtesy can formed a good relationships with other people. For example, family and friendship. If you have a polite and selfless character in yourself, you'll have no problem to be socialise with the other without picking a fight or an argument that you want to avoided during communication. Courtesy also bring a unity in variety of difference culture in our country. So that neighbouring were happened when you friends with many people around you.
     Thirdly, courtesy is also important for young generation such as students. Whenever they go, they will bring this concept in their life to build a good future for them. Courtesy makes student more perspective about moral values. For example, politeness, respectful, civility and and acceptable courtesy. When you were a student, first thing that really important that you may keep for yourself is being respectful towards your teacher. It will make you more disciplined and the teachers will viewed you as a good student in school. Respectful also the key to your successful life once you stepped out from your secondary school to adulthood life. Other than that is you should have a acceptable courtesy by using words. You should say  "thank you", "please", "you're welcome" and "hello" to the others instead of teachers. This behaviour shows that you respect and care about them.
    Next, courtesy is also used in our politic.  Courtesy teaches the government how to be  dedication and faithful towards their people. A very good leader will bring so much fortune for his or her country. He or she will know how to govern the country to become a competitive country in the world. Being a government with a courtesy will build confidence and self-esteem in themselves. Consequently, the friendship between two countries  grow stronger and development of their economic activities will improve highly in the future. With that, our country will known as a courteous country that can rise the pride of our society.
     Furthermore, it also can teaches you how to make a good appereance for your personality. By being gentleman when you are involved in party,celebrations and festivals. A decent hair, clean face and formal manners may pleased the others  in formal party. When you are in the party, be pleasant and friendly towards them. Use polite tone and don't raise your voice when talking so that you can get a comfortable conversation with the other.
     In conclusion, politeness and courtesy should become our prideness in our life. By contrast, we should practice moral values and manner so that our country will become a developed country and also an inspiration for the young generation to move forward in the future.
