Anime high school

Chapter 1

(Ayako's point of view)
'Beep beep beep beep' screams the alarm, I slowly reach the stop button and press it hard. I look around my small room searching for my adorable little kitten that I've been hiding in my room for almost a year "Lori! Lori" I shouted. His name is Lori by the way. "meow" yells Lori in a high pitch," there you are!" I say smiling, he was sitting on my desk, I grab Lori and hug him. Suddenly there was a loud knock on my bedroom door, I quickly put Lori under my bed.

"Who is it?" I say. The door opens and I wasn't surprised to see mum standing there with an angry face " YOU'RE LATE FOR SCHOOL, YOU'RE SIXTEEN YEARS OLD, YOU SHOULD KNOW BY NOW NOT TO WAKE UP LATE, GET DRESSED NOW!!!" She yells, "sorry mum it's just that-", "DID YOU HEAR WHAT I JUST SAID?!" Interrupts mum, "yes" I say. She stomps out of the room, I open my wardrobe and look for my school dress, today is the first day of school so I better look pretty, I take my nighty off and put my school dress on, I look in the mirror, it looks too short and very girly. School dresses just don't suit me... I grab my old hairbrush and brush my long black hair, I wish I could get a haircut, but mum would never let me.

I slowly walk into the bathroom and grab Bella's old makeup bag. Bella is my older sister, she died in a car crash three years ago... She was very girly, so she wore lots of makeup. In the makeup bag there's lots of beautiful things like jewelry, eye shadows, lipsticks, eyeliner, lip gloss and mascara, I don't usually wear all those things but today is the first day of school. I look at the shiny lip gloss that was at the top of the pile, I grab it and put it on my lips carefully, after that I take the black mascara and and look at it from top to bottom, I can tell it was one of the expensive ones, there is a little envelope tied with a thin blue ribbon to the mascara, on the envelope it says 'to my beloved daughter Bella, from mum' I guess mum and Bella were really close, mum and I were never that close... Suddenly I feel a tear rolling down my face... I miss Bella, I miss her a lot...I slowly put the mascara on my long eyelashes.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" I jumped a little, then I realized it was mum, oh no! I totally forgot that I was late and took too much time in the bathroom!
