"Be careful ok?" I said as Valkyrie and I turned the corner. "I will. You and Tanith are watching me" "Where is she exactly?" I asked. Valkyrie pointed towards a darkened ally and I saw a sword pop out. Her way of letting us know she's there. I nodded and climbed the drain pipe to the roof. I stood in the wind for a moment before watching Valkyrie.

Her and the vampire 'Cealan' talked before he told her he had to leave. After he left I dropped down onto a window, then the ground. Tanith came into view from the ally. I decided to text Kenspeckle to hook me up for an appointment for a wound I found while the two talked. Valkyrie went home and since me and tanith live near eachother we walked together. "You going to the all-Ireland?" I asked. "No. I don't really have that much intrest to be honest." "Honesty is the best policy" I laughed and shrugged.

Suddenly I got a notification. "Kenspeckle" I said. "What he want at this time?" Tanith asked. "I asked for an appointment" I said looking at the message. "Why? Your not hurt. Are you?" She looked at me worriedly. "Nah just fell of the roofs again and I got cut." She looked at me with a disapproving look before announcing. "Were here. Goodbye n/n" "See ya tanith!" I said as I stepped into my gates and closed it behind me.

My house was fairly clean. Messy but not that much. I decided to feed Sloth  my Caracal. I pulled out some chicken legs from my freezer that was dedicated to him. "Sloth! Slothy! Slothicus the third!" I yelled up the stairs as I heard paws scratching the floorboards and down the stairs. "Hey boy" I said as I rubbed his head. He purred and then I gave him the chicken. He ate it quickly and went out the back to Bury the bones. "Aha! Sloth! No! Bad!" I said. My backyard looks like a six year old animal crossing world because of him. "Drop itt" I said. He did. "Good boy" I put the bone in the bin and gave him the treat. I put him in the sitting room and closed the door. I leave him in their because it's the only room that stays warm or cold in the weather. Other  rooms in the house at night, including mine are overly cold or hot. That's what you get for being Irish I guess. "Night sloth" I said as I closed the door. He snuggled up into his bed and I went to mine.

I woke up with about three messages. One from Kenspaeckle, one from Tanith and one from Valkyrie. Strange I thought. My phones normally dry as the my tounge in the mourning. I looked at Kenspeckles first.

"Hello y/n, it's not great to see you being the stupid fool you are, but atleast your alive. Come to Clarabelle on wendsday at 3:45. I could squeeze you in.

Then I checked Taniths

"Hey y/n don't know if val told you but we're meeting a dealer at Duke Street in the cafe. You should come. We need backup incase ya know?"

I replied back 'sure see you there' then checked valkyries. Pretty much the same as Tanith described.

"Afternoon ladies" Chabon said. "Show us the skull" Valkyrie said. "Your not seeing the merchandise until my payment. That's how these things work."
I growled a little while Tanith opened the bag and showed him the money. I wasn't paying attention and then Chabon was onto Valkyrie. "Your a necromancer? I thought you didn't leave the temple till you were atleast twenty five" Valkyrie moved her hand. "I dabble. Now. Your turn" she said. Chabon undid the locks on his case and sure enough, The skull was there. "That's the skull?" I said. "Yep" He replied. "If your lying lying us...." Valkyrie threatened.

"Don't threaten me girl. I have been threatened by professionals" He growled. "Now unless your tryna double cross me with the fella with the stupid hair by the window, I say we close it? I've got a plane to catch." I glanced over at fletcher but I don't think he noticed. He was to busy looking at what looked like porn. Tanith put the bag out and reassured chabon the money was there. We traded bag to suitcase. "Been a pleasure." He said and walked out. I let out a sigh of relief "now that that's ove-" "its not" Valkyrie said. "I- what?" "I'm going to yell at him. If he runs its a fake." She said as she hurried to the door. I motioned to tanith to the roof, the to the left building. She understood and nodded. She yelled at him and he ran. Me and Tanith immediately went for the nearest drain. I climbed it and ran across rooftops. I saw people pull out their phones and used the wind to throw then out of their hands. I saw him take a left and yelled at Tanith to cut him off. I was forced to get onto the street as there was no way to get across the street to the next building. I saw Chabom wreaking havoc in Castle Market and George's Street arcade. I cut him off and swung a puch to which he went toppling back. I kicked him, Hard, in the leg and he shrieked. Valkyrie and Tanith showed up and Valkyrie made up a sob story, while me and Tanith pulled him into a allyway. "Wheres Sanguine when you need him ey?" I said. "Why the FUCK would we want him here!?" Tanith whisler shouted at me. "He could burrow us put and we could interrogate him underground" I hissed. "True" After he told us that Marr had the murder skull I asked "So what do we do?"
