"Jee Han!" Hana heard a familiar voice calling her from the other end of the corridor. She turned and saw Jake waving at her.

"Jake?" She replied wondering what could he possibly have to do to her.

"Hi," he smiled at her as he stood their fidgeting his fingers behind his back.

"You gotta say something?" She asked straightforwardly.

"Uh...yes...yeah," he replied with pursed lips, suddenly feeling more nervous than he was a few seconds ago.

"Hm?" She checked her watch to see how much time she had till the class started.

"Basically, um..." He looked here and there as he tried to find words to speak, "Have a good day," he gave her a thumbs up.

There was a moment of silence when she finally sighed and spoke, "You too Jake," she gave him a thumbs up back.

"Hm," he smiled and made his way opposite to her as she walked to her class.

"Weird," she said to herself as she thought of Jake when suddenly someone got hold of her shirt.

Jake saw the girl's bare back as the shirt was elastic all around her shoulders. The boy's mouth was agape like his eyes which had now started hurting.

"What the hell are you doing!!" She quickly stepped back to near the boys hand because she couldn't possibly pull the shirt out of his hands at this point.

"Sorry!" He raised his arms up leaving the girl's shirt, "I seriously didn't mean to see your back. NO! I mean pull your shirt!" He said as sweat rolled down his forehead.

"Agh, what is it?" She asked not wanting to argue.

"I was thinking... If you'd... You know? Like to go to the Festival with me?" He mustered up all his courage to ask her.

"Festival...? The college festival?" She asked.

"Yes, I mean you can say no! But you shouldn't, I mean.. please!?" He blurted out flustered as he saw the sharp eyes glaring at him.

"I wasn't planning on going actually." She told the boy but spoke again as she saw his pleading puppy eyes, "Okay, I'll see," she sighed.

The boy pursed his lips, trying to refrain from smiling. He clapped his hands together and spoke, "Okay, take your time. It's not till the next three weeks anyway,"

"Okay. I have a class so..." she waved at the boy and made her way back to the class leaving the boy standing with the biggest grin on his face.

"What!?!? Jake asked you out to the Festival!?!?" Sohee shouted making everyone on the pavement turn their heads while Hana slapped her forehead, regretting telling her about it in public.

"Why do I have to suffer your sudden urges to scream. Shut up," Hana pulled Sohee towards her to walk as she stood there glued to one place.

"What did you say?" She asked with squinted eyes hoping Hana wouldn't have straight out rejected him.

"I said I'll see," she faked a smile.

"Three people came to me too to talk about the Festival," Sohee's expression suddenly turned into an angry one.

"What? You've grown up," Hana slapped her arm who was busy frowning.

"Yeah! Grown up my a*s. All three of them came to me to ask you if you'd go out with them to the Festival. I felt like breaking their teeth," she rolled her eyes and sighed.
