3rd POV:
Adjusting is the word that Izuku would prefer to use in this new phase of his life as he didn't really want to admit that it was a complete challenge for him but things were pushing forward and many things were changing. For example, as Izuku took a deep breath, we could find him standing in front of the gates which was the path towards his future. As he stood in front of them, he was a bit nervous even though he wasn't showing it on his face due to his mask of indifference but he was without a doubt nervous as this was the start of a large chapter of his life as a free man! That is right! Even though Izuku no longer has to deal with the villains that were holding him and he was apart of the duo's family now he still maintained his mask of indifference in front of everyone outside of his family. The therapist that Izuku has been going to explained to all of them that his mask was not likely to ever go away for a very long time as it had become such an important defense mechanism for his mind. It steamed from deep rooted issues that have been untreated nor acknowledged since Izuku's childhood. As such, only in extreme scenarios was he going to drop the mask of indifference outside of his family as they all had his complete trust and long passed the mental barriers that were built up to protect himself against others.
Now back to what we were looking at, we could see Izuku walking towards the academy gates with the duo at both of his sides as they started their paths on becoming heroes but the thing was that Ashwood Academy was a special academy. Unlike normal hero schools, this hero school was directed and controlled by the WHA aka the World Hero Association which was the organization that oversaw all other countries hero commissions and their heroes. Now this most likely doesn't make sense on why a world organization tasked with monitoring heroes, villains, and the governments of the world would be operating a hero school in America but for three specific schools it does make sense. Ashwood and two other special hero schools are spread out across the world and allows hero-in-trainings to gather in three secure locations. Now a school like these would have millions of applications each year due to the prestige of being a WHA school but that is not the case as you can't apply to these schools and can only be invited into the school! These schools focuses on the more unique quirks, extremely world altering quirks, or those that they are just interested in out right so they only invite those that they want into the school and no one else.
Izuku of course ended up with an invitation due to entire situation with the Corona family and his quirk due to the world shattering implications of his quirk as he could heal so many people far further and better than any other healing quirk in the world currently. As such, word of Izuku's capabilities had reached the world hero association pretty quickly once he was secured and out of the villains control. The WHA did not sit around for to long as they were quick to seal everything about Izuku Midoriya on the highest classified levels that they had so that only authorized individuals connected to the WHA could access the files. This was to keep other governments or other villains from easily getting a hold of Izuku's information and it was made far easier that Izuku didn't have any living blood relatives left alive either so they could pretty much cover his entire life up with no one noticing. Moving forward with the actions of the WHA. They appeared in front of Izuku and the rest of his new family quite quickly because they knew they would need to actually convince Izuku to join their academy since based on their reports that they had from everything, they knew they would need to invite the duo as well if they ever wanted to obtain Izuku at Ashwood. This isn't to say that the the duo weren't strong nor worthy of attending the school but the 3 WHA schools were again geared towards more unique or world shattering quirks like Izuku's.
The schools were a treasure trove of world-shattering quirks and villains would have a field day if they could get their hands on anyone that attended these schools which is why they had an extreme amount of security with the schools security authorized to use lethal force against anyone attempting to enter the school unauthorized. These schools were also a bit more fast pace and had a focused on live experience instead of just studying since most students graduate from the schools in two years now that doesn't mean everyone has to leave in two years since it is self-paced in their education but nearly everyone leaves the school in a two year period. The opposite also does apply as well since even if you completed all of your normal education you could still be held back from graduating if your combat skills are not deemed good enough so you could be attending the school for years before your allowed to graduate to become a World classed hero.
