Far Away From You

PROLOGUE

Today is a very special day for me because its my birthday! Mom and Dad planned a huge, elegant and very wonderful party for their only daughter.

"Freya baby." My mom voice's awaken me.

I look at my digital clock and sighed when I saw what time is it.

"Mom, its too early." Damn! It's 4 in the morning!

"I know baby but we need to prepare!" She said excitedly.

"Fine. Just wait for me downstairs, I'll just shower." I mouthed.

"Sure, take your time." My mom winked.

She walked out my room and I harshly wiped my face with my hands.

"Arghh!!!" I shouted in annoyance.

I go to my bathroom and showered. I wear my undies and put on my robe before going downstairs.

My mom's personal make up artist and stylist immediately grab me by my arm and make me sit on the tall chair.

The hairstylist soft curled my hazel long hair and braided some strands infront. She put my hair into a elegant bun and put some accessories on it.

After that, my mom told me to eat my breakfast. I just ate my favorite chocolate flavored cereals with chocolate hot milk.

After that, they started putting make up on my face.

"Madam, mukhang hindi na kailangan ng make up ng anak mo." Nakangiting sabi ni Ate Becca, the make up artist.

"I know but atleast put a little make up on her face so it wouldn't look pale." My mom said.

"Sure Madam."

She put a thin layer of foundation. I don't know how to call the stuffs that she put on my face because I'm not a fan of make ups.

It's already 3pm when we finished preparing. I am now wearing my gown. It's color wine red and had so many sequences forming a little flowers. Off-shoulder. Floor length. They also made me wear a 7 inches silver heels.

My driver is already waiting outside to pick me up and go to the venue.

When we arrived at the luxury hotel that my Dad rented for this special event of mine, the workers are still preparing the tables. I look around and my heart feels so happy.

I stopped looking around when I heard my father's voice.

"Darling." He kissed my cheeks and hugged me. "How's it? Do you like it?" He asked, smiling.

"I dont like it dad, I love it!" I happily said.

"I'm happy that I make my princess happy."

"I love you dad." I said

"I love you too, baby. By the way, you look gorgeously beautiful today."

"I know dad, thank you." I said before going to my hotel room. Someone called my dad so  I just walked away without saying goodbye.

I get my phone and dialed my best friend, Maddie.

"Hey Maddie, where are you?" I talked first.

"Im on my way. It's so traffic talaga here sa Philippines arghh!!" She said angrily.

"It's okay babe, 5pm palang naman." I said.

"Arg! I can't handle this anymore! I want to go back to U.S! There's no traffic there!" She complained on me.

"Don't worry, we're going to U.S together after this right?"

"Mm-hm" she answered.

"Okay, bye Maddie, take care see you later! Loveya!."

"Bye see you later Raine, love you."
