It was the start of a new year of highschool for Craig and everyone who went to South Park High. Usually Craig would be filled with joy when it came to school but ever since him and Tweek broke up he really hadn't been excited at all. Craig would be standing at the school gates, just standing there, a little nervous to enter the school. A hand would then be placed on Craig's shoulder.
"Hey, man. You okay?"
It was token, a close friend of Craig's, no Craig was not okay he really did not want to see his ex boyfriend who he still had feelings for.
"Yeah, let's just get this day over with..."
Him and Token would take a step into the school grounds, but as soon as Craig's foot hit the concrete path something or rather someone had hit his back.
"Urgh-"
He'd grunt, turning back, going silent, his face now bright red as he noticed Tweek on the ground, rubbing his head. What a great start to the day.
"AGH!!" Tweek let out a small yelp as he fell to the ground. Crap... His head hurt. He rubbed his head a little before slowly looking upward to see whom he ran into.
He didn't expect to meet the eyes of his now ex boyfriend. And it freaked him out, a lot.
What was he meant to say? What was Craig going to say? Oh god.. Of all people, it had to be Craig. The blonde was convinced that if there was a god out there somewhere, they really must hate him to let something like this happen.
"u-uh-"
Tweek cleared his throat awkwardly and gulped a little bit.
"sorry."
He didn't know what else to say or do in such a situation.
Craig pov
"It-... It's fine dude..."
He'd look over at Token who would be covering his mouth with his hand. He then quickly took it away as he saw that Craig was now looking straight at him. Token would go to say something but he was cut off by Clyde. The brown haired boy wrapped an arm around Craig's shoulders
"Hey Craig! How was your break?"
Well he chatted with Craig about the end of last year he dragged him away from Tweek. Craig would look back at Tweek as Clyde went on about how he slept with a couple of different girls, Craig was clearly not interested. He wanted to break free from Clyde's grasp and run to Tweek before giving him a big hug like when they were dating. Craig obviously did not even try, it would just give Tweek a panic attack and make him hate Craig even more than he already does.
Tweek pov
Tweek was left to sit there alone for a moment. He was a bit shaken by the situation, not really even thinking to get up for a little while. He got up.
His heart was racing and he was panicking a bit. The breakup felt realer than ever now, and it hurt. The blonde watched as Craig faded out into the crowd before getting up.
He looked around a little, his legs shaking slightly. There were so many people around, talking to their friends, being loud. Tweek didn't like it. He began to quickly head into the actual school, his bag clutched to his chest tightly.
"Tweek! Hey!" It was Butters. Kenny was beside him, and they were holding hands.
Tweek got a fright as he looked over to them. Butters and Kenny were good together, he envied them. He stayed staring at them for a moment like a deer in headlights, before turning on his heel and speedwalking away, not answering Butters.
