Hello! I'm a new writer and english isn't my first language so if there is any mistakes don't mind them.

This story is self made so the plot is my own with inspiration from my english textbook, I wrote this for school but I hope that this little story I wrote is good enough to be published on Wattpad.

In the few seconds of silence Kevin thought of his life, how did he get here, how did he deserve it?

After the short silence chaos erupted, every gang member lunged for Kevin and Kevin ducked in the last second. The first one to stand up jumped on Kevin and tried to hit him but missed and Kevin got in a hit, a very hard hit apparently because the kid was sprawled on the pavement in the parking lot, 'a lucky hit' Kevin thought. The kid couldn't be more than thirteen years old. 'Why does a kid that age choose to be in such a violent gang' was Kevin's second thought just as another guy tried to hit him, Kevin got him down as well but after that everything started to go south, more and more gang members tried to attack him at the same time and after 10 minutes had passed Kevin tried his best but there was too many people and no one to help him.

'At last' the "leader" said, 'why did it take so long?'

'He didn't even try to help his friends, that's weird' Kevin thought and of course Kevin/he couldn't keep quiet and said, 'Are you so afraid of that you won't even help your friends capture me?', and spat at the guy's feet.

The "leader" turned around and stood completely still in a stiff manner, he didn't move for a good 10 minutes, that's when the real nightmare started. With a stiff back he turned back around with a crazy smile/smirk on his lips. 'He doesn't look completely healthy/hale' Kevin thought in his own mind and was very careful not to utter a sound because Kevin didn't want to know what the "leader" would do to him if he continued to speak bad about/of him.

'If I would try and catch you, you would be dead by now', the "leader" said with a low voice. Kevin got the chills from him but tried not to show it, but failed miserably.

'Scared' the guy/'leader' asked.

Kevin shook his head but the "leader" almost immediately said, " Yes, you are and you are scared of me the most", he said self-assured still with the crazy look in his eyes that said that if Kevin tried to run with him close he would not survive to tell the tale.

It only took about 30 seconds for the "leader" to decide where to bring Kevin.

To be honest Kevin was scared, very scared the "leader" had set a very fearful atmosphere, even the members in his own gang looked terrified of their own leader.

The leader was usually respected but this guy is more than respected, this one is feared.

Maybe that's why a thirteen-year-old is in the gang, because of the fear from their leader if they leave.

The other members didn't look happy about not being able to catch Kevin without the help from their leader, they looked terrified to be honest.

Noone wanted to disappoint their leader.

The "leader" said 'bring him to hideout number 7, the one downtown', a second later Kevin was thrown into a black van and five gang members jumped in the front and the leader jumped in and sat down beside Kevin with a creepy smile on his lips.

The van started to move and the "leader" made no move to either touch or talk to Kevin until he asked, 'where are you from'.

Kevin wanted to answer with 'it's not your business' but stopped himself because he knew that if the "leader" didn't hear the answer he wanted, Kevin would be dead before dawn came so he just answered with a simple word, 'Boston'.

The "leader" seemed to like the answer and was on his way to ask another question when Kevin heard sirens waile not so far behind and they were pulled over by a whole squad of police cars.

The "leader" claimed to the front and when he got there he turned around to Kevin with a finger on his lips and a mad gelam in his eyes to show Kevin that if he wasn't quiet there would be a harsh punishment later on.

"What has happened, officer", he said.

"Everyone step out of the van you are all suspected of kidnapping Kevin Davidson", the officer said. To Kevin's surprise the "leader" stepped out and beacond to his gang to do the same. After the whole gang was out of the car the police officer's found Kevin in the back of the van and arrested the other ones in the car but Kevin had a feeling that they would be out from prison within a week, he guessed that because the "leader" looked completely calm and collected but Kevin also saw the "leader" glance on the driver with a look that said 'you won't survive this mistake', and all the members and the "leader" was brought to the wailing police cars, even the thirteen-year-old.

Kevin wanted to warn the police about the leader but didn't have the courage to do it because he knew that when the leader would come out again, Kevin would be the first on his "kill list".
