Chapter 30
A week later
"I can't believe you actually went off with that psycho bitch." Penelope said, sipping her coffee. I laughed as Anna looked at Penelope's cup of coffee in disgust as she sipped tea from her own cup. The wedding was officially a week away starting tomorrow. I can't believe soon I'll be Mrs. Castro. I shrugged,
"You guys didn't really help while I was practically being dragged away to what could've been my ultimate doom." I said, reminding them that they didn't do anything to stop Skylar from taking me away from school to basically threaten me.
"Hey, I wanted to see what would happen. Plus, the girl may be psycho, but she's not crazy," What? Those words are literally synonyms, "She wouldn't do anything to you. She knew that Josh would probably kill her if she even breathed on you." Penelope said, giving me a smirk. I raised an eyebrow,
"That certaintly didn't stop her from basically threatening me though." I said, frowning at the thought.
"I can't believe she said that though. Be careful, you never know who's lurking around?" Anna said, frowning at her cup of tea. We were currently spending our sunday afternoon in a coffee shop, since everyone else was off doing their own thing.
The guys, Talon and Ethan were off doing some manly stuff, Robbie was wherever he was, mom was on a date with Gerald, dad was doing whatever he wanted to do, and Josh was doing some business related stuff. Of course that all seems vague, only because it is. So that just left the girls and I to do whatever.
"Of course she would say that, she's a psycho bitch." Penelope said, smirking at Anna. I rolled my eyes at the two, as they started to bicker about whether Skylar was in need of mental help or not. The people in the coffee shop were starting to stare. I cleared my throat, stopping the two.
"So....let's talk about my bachelorette party." I said smiling as I clasped my hands together and placed them I front of me on the table. Anna and Penelope shared a quick glance before looking at me. Anna leaned in close and faked nonchalance,
"What about it?" She asked, fiddling with her tea cup. I rolled my eyes,
"What are you guys planning?" I asked like it was obvious, which it was. They shared a quick glance again, making me roll my eyes again. Penelope finally decided to speak up as my patience grew thin,
"That's for us to know, and for you to find out." She said smirking. I frowned and took an angry sip from my cup of hot chocolate. I hissed and pulled the cup away from my lips, that was hot. How is that possible, my cup has been sitting here untouched for the last five minutes. It should've cooled down already.
"Come on...just...no strippers. Josh said that if he found out that there were strippers there he would have a bf." I said smirking at the end. Penelope raised an eyebrow,
"What's a bf?" She asked and I laughed,
"A bitch fit. Haven't you seen White Chicks before?" Staring at her while making a face. She rolled her eyes, while Anna laughed. Penelope frowned at Anna before she turned back to me,
"Well bf aside, you need to experience these things." Penelope said smirking. I sighed,
"Whatever you say, just know that I am one hundred percent behind Josh on this stripper thing. For gosh sakes my mom might come." I said smiling. Anna and Penelope again shared a glance, before laughing. It was true, my mom might come to my bachelorette party. To me it seems weird, but to her it might be a way of keeping an eye on me, despite the fact that I was of age of making my own decisions. Like the fact that I was marrying Josh, for example.
