Every bad day I endure is replaced by another bright smile given by your words.
Every tear that falls down my face is replaced by another warm hug in your comforting arms.
Every bad, dark thought I have is replaced by a kiss of your soft lips.
The world is a evil place,
It's scary, it's hard, it's unfair.
But when I'm with you, sharing laughs and having fun together, my world is suddenly better.
You accept me, you care about me, and you love me. I never thought I'd find someone who truly felt that way about me.
I could look at your big smile all day, listen to your laugh, even if it's because you're teasing me.
When I look into your beautiful eyes and my trauma flies away like a bird flying south for winter.
Everyone else in my life may still be toxic,
my mental illnesses may never get better.
but as long as I get to share my life with you,
It's like life is good.
I would give you million roses, if that's what it took, to show much I love and appreciate everything you do.
And everything you are.
Because you're the only flower in my life.
