Endless War of the AUs

Chapter 1

This is my first time writing in wattpad so please tell me if I've done anything wrong

Syella is a butterfly monster and a guardian of the Heaven Forest.The Heaven Forest is a place where dead souls who have more goods than bads in their morality,but still have a hell amount of bad morals(for example;Bad:49% Good:51%) would live.Meanwhile the opposites will end up in Hell Forest.If both of their amount of goods and bads are the same,they'll also live here.Only Reaper!Sans and Dream!Sans can go to that forest.Syella's job here is to control the souls.

Syella is sitting alone while hugging both of her legs and pouting.She's still waiting patiently for Dream!Sans,her mentor,who hasn't been visiting her for years.She always wondered why won't he visit her anymore,as he always visit her at least twice a week.But she still believe that one day,he'll visit her again.

At the meantime,she watched the souls playing.No matter how sad she feels,whenever she saw the bright smiles on the souls, she'll always be smiling back.Sometimes,the souls would comfort her.And their comforts are always the best.

Yet even with all of the souls,her belief that Dream will be back seems to decrease.Until she heard someone calling out her name.

"Good to see you again,Syella"

Syella's POV

The voice sounds familiar.She looked up.It's Dream.My sad face swiftly turned to a very big and happy smile."Mr Dream,you came-",I ran as fast as I could to Dream,but stopped in a second when I saw all of the scars on his body,"-back...",a few of them are still fresh.I'm terrified."M-Mr Dream....what happened...?You got...all of these,,,,,oh my god"

"Don't worry about it,Syella.At least I still got time for you.After years,aren't you happy you could see me again?",said Mr Dream.The tiredness in his voice is very clear,it sounds like he'll die any minutes now.Gosh,now I'm even more worried.Even the souls were concerned.

Of course I'm happy,but not in this situation.I'm so worried that I became speechless."Let's sit down,okay?",Mr Dream sat down near the tree in the middle of this forest,the same place I sat at while waiting for him.I just followed him,still having the same worried face.

"So,uh,,,,can you tell me what happened?",I ask,lower down my nervousness a bit so Mr Dream won't be guilty seeing me getting so worried."Well,,, there's been a war in my world recently-"

"A WAR?!I THOUGHT YOU MADE A TRUCE WITH A NIGHTMARE ALREADY!DID THAT TERRIBLE CREATURE BROKE HIS PROMISE?!!",I quickly interrupted him.Mr Dream flinched a little,then glared at me,making me realize what I just did."Oops,I'm..I'm sorry"

I could see the angriness in his face."Syella,have you forgotten what I told you about getting mad out of the blue and talking bad about others?Looks like I always have to watch over you",I lowered my head in shame.He sighed."Anyway, it's not because of Nightmare.He didn't broke any promise"

"Well,,,then?"

"There has been some unknown creatures came to the underground,eating every monster it saw",I gasped.Eating....monsters?!Mr Dream continued,"Their faces are very scary....they have the power to shift into different AUs.They're countless of them.So I've been very busy fighting them that I don't have time for you.Forgive me..."

"You shouldn't apologize for anything",I told him.But really tho,eating monsters?!First we have monsters eat humans now unknown creatures who eat monsters?!!

"I would like to ask one thing though..",Mr Dream turned at me,confused."Aren't you supposed to fight them even now?Why are you here"

"Ah,about that,the damaged that the war has done to me can't be stand anymore.So Reaper told me to come here in order to rest until it healed a bit",I don't know how he could explained in such a calm manner

"Oh..",I looked at his wounds.They're all just too much,I could get sick.So I made my choice.

"Mr Dream..."

"Mm?"

"Let me replace you to fight those creatures"

"WHAT?!"He yelled.The other souls are shocked"ABSOLUTELY NOT!YOU HAVEN'T EVER BEEN TO THE REAL WORLD,HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIGHT THEM?!"

"You don't need to know anything about the world,right?You just need to fight those creatures"No matter what's going to stop me,I'll defend my choice.Mr Dream looked hella mad.I gulped.He's so petrifying when he gets mad.

"THE PROBLEM IS,YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIGHT.AND YOU DO NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE WORLD,SYELLA! YOU'RE GOING WITH OTHERS.PLENTY OF THEM ARE OUTGOING, SO YOU'LL NEED TO KNOW SOMETHINGS THEREFORE THEY WON'T TREAT YOU LIKE AN OUTCAST!"

An outcast?I sure don't want to be treated like that.However,"I could get some lessons from your husbands.You did said that your husband is very skillful in fighting,right?He's also trendy!So I could get a lot a great many informations from him,yes?"

"BUT-"

"Mr Dream, please!You have to believe in me.Your wounds are too much.There's no way a monster's wounds are going to heal by just resting for a few days!If you get more,you're going to die!And when you die, positivity is going to disappear from this world!You wouldn't want that to happen,do you?"I stated all of those with a serious tone and face.Mr Dream suddenly stayed silent.I think it he's a bit convinced now.

"PLEASEEEEEE",I begged him more with an innocent and both hands intertwined each other.I hope this is not guilt-tripping.He gave up."Okay then..."

"Really?!"I stood in excitement."Yes, but there are rules you need to follow",I'm so excited I agreed without any hesitation."Sure!What are the rules?"

"One,you could only be there for a year.Two,keep your manners.Three, makes sure to NOT FALL IN LOVE with anyone.It would hold you back from coming back here.And lastly,straight up search for my husband.You remember how he's like, right?"

"Yup!A Sans with black and white outfit named Cross, isn't it?"I answered with a wide grin.Just can't believe I'm really going to the real world!

"And one more thing",Mr Dream lend me his bow that he's been holding since he came."Here,take this, your weapon now.I don't need it anymore as I'm going to just stay here",he sucked back the DNA in his weapon into his body."When you found Cross,told him to put your DNA into this weapon.Don't ask me how, just ask him to"

I nod my head.My eyes are obviously sparkling right now,but I don't care.I have my own weapon!And is going to experience a whole new life,the "real life"!

"Well then,I'm going to teleport you to the real world"I just stood there in joy while Mr Dream teleports me with his power.

It's gotta be now!I could feel it!It feels different than the feeling in that forest!

I open my eyes,and realized that I'm on the sky.

Wait-

ON THE SKY?!!!

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-"

Okay so-
This is actually my first time writing a novel in English.So please forgive me if I use some grammars wrong.I can't decide if I should use past or present tense,so at one point I kind of mixed up both.So sorry!
I apologize for making this chapter short too.I just thought it's the best way to left a cliffhanger-
