In Drama Class 🎭 :

"What's wrong with her all of a sudden? She was fine in the 5th period and where was she all this while?" Emelia mutters with concern.

"Something definitely happened otherwise why would she be absent for two periods and then come with a dull-pale face?" Antrika says to Chaitanya who is worried seeing his new friend in such dull state making Jay and his friends exchange looks listening to their words.

"Yes Ma'am. I'm fine. Just a little bit of headache." Nishi says nonchalantly while trying to smile to look fine which no one finds her fine from any angle.

"Are you sure?" Mrs. Mathur asks frowning with concern.

"Yes Ma'am." She says making the teacher smile and tell her to sit to which she thanks her.

Nishi goes to the last bench with no one sitting beside and silently puts her hands on her face which worries Antrika and Chaitanya who are now her good friends. However, Arika and her friends now get a bit worried seeing her like this. She is a chirpy one after all. Darsh and others were exchanging glances but no one says anything.

"She doesn't look fine! Should I go and sit with her?" Antrika asks Chaitanya who denies saying, "She looks tired. Let her rest." Antrika nods unwantedly.

The class starts with Nishi not taking much interest in it but still she manages to show the teacher that she is okay. She keeps blinking continuously as she doesn't feel good. She is actually trying to not to faint. Just before 10 minutes of the final bell, Nishi stands up and asks the teacher, "Mam! May I leave a bit earlier today? I'm not feeling well and my family friends are waiting for me."

"Sure sweetheart. But do you want someone to accompany you till the main gate?" Mrs. Mathur asks her politely. Arika was going to raise her hand to help her but Nishi denies the teacher.

"No Ma'am! It's totally fine." Nishi replies faintly making Arika look back at her. She did not look good but her reply confused her. 'Why is she not asking for help when she can't even stand properly?' Arika thinks confusedly.

"Okay beta, you can leave. Take care of yourself." Mrs. Mathur says and Nishi leaves leaving others in confusion and a bit worry in some hearts. If only anyone knew what exactly is happening to her. . .

In the Car 🚔 :

Kabir is sitting on the driver seat, Rohan is sitting on the passenger seat while Ariv sits in the back seat of their car. The car is parked outside Nishi's college waiting for her school to end. Suddenly, Ariv sees Nishi coming out of the school gate which makes him frown and ask, "Why is she coming already when there is still time in the final bell?"

Rohan and Kabir look at the entrance gate from where Nishi is coming out. Kabir frowns asking, "Did something happen again?"

"I'm not going to keep quiet this time, I'm telling you!" Rohan says frowning deeply as he sits straight.

Nishi comes and sits directly without looking at them or saying anything to the trio. She sits next to Ariv. Placing her school bag in the backside of the car almost throwing it in haste, she leans back on her seat's head while the trio continuously asks her questions, what happened exactly? Is she fine? She closes her eyes and says only one thing, "Let's go to the hospital and don't inform anyone at house! Please hurry!"
