The idol group under Big Hit Entertainment, Triple Threat was gathered around the small dusty rose colored box they were just handed by the staff. Excited as ever, they began chattering amongst themselves.
"Who's it going to be?!" Kwong Minah shouted, already untying the thick cut ribbon.
"I haven't seen a guy in forever!" Kim Iseul gushed.
"What are you talking about? Weren't you texting the 94 liners last week?" Song Aria crossed her arms, the leader of Triple Threat, rolling her eyes dramatically.
Jung Heiran snickered, "you know you can't stop this girl Unnie, she's boy-crazy."
"Unnie!" Iseul whined at her two year older group mates, "that's so mean of you! I just happen to have a very friendly personality!" She defended herself.
She huffed, pouting at the jab Heiran took at her.
"You can't say you're not excited to see too!"
Hong Alaine shifted in her seat, trying to quell the madness.
"Now, now Unnies, I'm sure we're all excited. Some a little more than others. Why don't we just open the box already to see who gets the boy?"
Triple Threat's level headed maknae spoke up, ushering the process.
A small laugh escaped Il Jane's lips, "yes, yes. Let's do what our little maknae says."
Snatching the box away from Minah, Jane pulled the ribbon off the box and popped it open. The seven girls peered down at the contents inside the box, revealing a smartphone and an envelope.
"Let's open up the envelope first!" Younghee chirped, the person who was getting married was in the letter's contents.
Younghee, a big fan of the TV show We Got Married, ripped open the letter. Unfolding the contents, she began reading out loud.
"Congratulations on your marriage, you'll be meeting your husband through the smartphone provided first. You two will be meeting in person tomorrow, so please prepare a gift for your new husband, wife..."
Younghee's words trailed off, not finishing the full sentence. She pursed her lips together now knowing which one of them got married.
"Well?!"
The six girls looked at their groupmate, the suspense was ever so building.
Younghee giggled, and slapped the letter onto the table.
"Laina! You're getting married!" Younghee shouted, quite pleased that maknae was chosen.
Laina's jaw dropped, knowing that there was always the possibility, but she figured they would have gone with one of the more popular visuals of the group.
"Our maknae's so lucky!"
"Boo! I can't believe you're getting married before me!"
Aria hummed, "looks like we'll have to welcome our new brother-in-law!"
Delighted it wasn't her, Aria watched her maknae's face grow redder and redder.
"Turn on the phone! Quick, quick! Maybe he texted already! Maybe even a picture."
Iseul powered on the smartphone, greeted with the short process screens flashing before the smartphone was fully functional.
"Any messages?" Laina piped in, her Unnies fully monopolizing the smartphone.
Instantly she felt nervous, yet giddy inside. Although, it wasn't out of never dating anyone, back in highschool she dated two boys for a lengthy amount of time. It was the sheer curiosity of who it was. An older boy? A younger boy? An actor, singer or idol, like herself?
