Chapter 15 was too long so I split it into two.
Shiva's POV
I shut myself in my room, away from the commotion outside (remember Harsha and Shiva are neighbors)
She was leaving. As much as I was used to this, this time I felt angry. It'll take her a year to come back, maybe two. Even if she comes back, it'll be for two months. And then she'll leave again.
I wish our family would accept it, but there's now way that's happening. What if we do get married to someone else?
A knock came on my door.
"Shiva," my brother Varun called, "Harsha's family wants someone to help put the luggage. Balan etta is there."
I exhaled with my eyes closed. I'll have to see her for one last time.
I got out of my room, and walked with Varun to their house.
Harsha stood there and I stopped.
This is why I didn't want to get into this.
Even if you didn't want to, will you be able to forget me her voice said in my head.
I looked away and grabbed the luggage, and walked out the pathway to the taxi.Harsha's POV
I sat inside the car. He stood outside with a few others. I looked at him and he looked at me.
I would cry but my parents would ask me why (that rhymed-).
My dad thanked the boys who helped and got into the car. A few minutes of setting everything up, we waved to everyone outside, and said our goodbyes. I looked at Shiva and tilted my head and he gave a slight nod.
The car started, and we moved away.
I looked out the window until he disappeared from my sight.
I didn't tell him I loved him. There's so many possibilities to how we can't be together, I don't want to disappoint him in the end. It'll be okay.
Right?
(A/N - Of course it won't, that's why I exist. Jk)
