" A- Ariden... umm I I- like you a- a- an- and I w- wondering I- if - y- you would I - like t- to go out sometime?" summbled Marinette.

" Umm.. I'm sorry Marinette but.. I don't feel the same way about you." replied Ariden. Marinette's heart shattered into pieces along with that Marinette's face was filled with tears, but she placed on a fake smile. " It's f- fine A- Ariden. E- excuse me A- Alya is c- calling me! " Marinette said hastily. She ran off.

" Wait Marinette, I didn't mean to.." Ariden was too late as Marinette had disappeared into the busy street of paris.

" What have I done plagg?" Ariden questioned himself, he was still conflicted about his feelings for Ladybug and Marinette.

" I don't know but it's now time for you to feed me my camembert cheese-" insisted Plagg.

" Plagg!" hissed Ariden.

" She might have gone to Alya's house, you know? 'Cause they're BEST FRIENDS?" Plagg questioned why he was put with such a dumb holder.

" Oh no, gulped Ariden.

" Don't worry kid, your turn is next in line. Your payment is 2 pieces of Camembert cheese.! teased Plagg.

" That's what I am afraid of! I am even feeling bad for breaking her heart but Alya's fighting figure is playing in my head like a bad movie.!" said Ariden. Ariden went pale.

" Well if you feel so afraid what's better than checking your fear out?! Insisted Plagg.

" Right, Plagg Claws Out!" shouted Ariden not too loud though he was in the busiest streets in Paris Avenue des Champs-Élysées.

" That's not I meant, aahhh" screeched plagg

" Stop crying Marinette," said Tikki in a cheerful tune. The truth was Tikki can't bear to see her holder in sadness, she couldn't help but to just hug Marinette.

Marinette said under the sniffles, " Tikki I just got rejected!"

Tikki rolled her eyes and said, " That's what you've been doing to Cat noir all these years!"

" But.." said Marinette

" Now you know how much pain he suffered due to rejection but he still wears a fake smile," said Tikki, it was a pattern now, Tikki was always knocking sense into Marinette.

" What should I do now?!" said Marinette while crawling up into a ball.

" Well at least, we know you have no chance with Ariden!" suggested Tikki.

" Don't say that! He's my prince charming and Cinderella got her's! cried Marinette.

" Well I am sorry to burst your bubble Marinette but you need to know the truth! Chasing Ariden is not doing you any good, plus now you know he doesn't like you!" said Tikki

" Maybe give Cat a chance. He seems like a nice guy and supportive too! Said Tikki instantly.

" But he's not Ariden, plus Ariden has more qualities than Cat noir, Ariden is handsome, charming, good looking and attractive!" suggested Marinette.

" You're forgetting the fact that MILLIONS are in love with Ariden!" added Tikki

" Cat is good at making poor jokes, Ariden is WAY more funny!" said Marinette as she grinned only a bit though.

" Correct-" said Tikki. They both laughed.

Marinette thought, " Maybe Tikki was right, but I did just get rejected. I need time and space. Chasing a guy is a LOT of work, just getting rejected by a guy you have chased for YEARS is hard to get over okay!?"
