Chapter 3: His Radiant Smile.

"Hi, excuse me ma'am?" I said to a women walking by me, she was one of those snotty looking ones that you see on TV, with a dog in her purse. Well i think it was a dog. Instead of helping me, the girl that is begging for directions on street, she just looked at me from head to toe and just ignored me like i was a statue. The people in L.A. are EXCATELY how you see them in those snotty TV shows.

After that horrible attempt at getting directions from someone that probably has a convertable in the corner and lives in malibu, i start walking down the street looking at the directions on my phone.

BAMM!

I bummed into someone turning the corner and all the stuff falls out of my pursue. Im guessing its a guy, by the way that i felt his rock hard abdomen hit my non-fit body. I bend down to reach for my phone and keys to my car and me & this stranger bump heads reaching for my phone at the same time.

"Owww" i say under my breath. Trying not to make it noticable in how much pain i was.

"Ohh im sorry, its just i was checking my ph-" The stranger stops in his sentence. Im, of course, still looking down to make sure that i got everything off the floor. I dont need the only ten bucks i have to be acquired by someone on the street.

"Sofia? ... Sofia Carmona?" Said the stranger with a questionable tone. Okay this is werid. How does this stranger know my name?

I decide to finally look up and it just hits me. Ive seen thoughs eyes before, that amazing pair of blue eyes, that hardwood colored hair. It was the flight attendent from my flight.

"Umm... Chris?" I said in the same questionable tone.

He laughes and says "Wow you actually remembered?"

"Well, you cant just forget eyes like that!" I say then saying it over in my head and thinking to myself, "that sounded like flirting" but i wasnt tending to! "Umm you know, deep blue eyes isnt something you come upon very often" i say trying to take back the "flirting". Wait a second, i just complimentes him. Ugh i hate this rambling i do.

He chuckles a bit then laughes. "Yea, you dont really find rambling in L.A. either."

Was that suppose to be a compliment or was he making fun of me?

"So hey, you seem lost?" He says in a concerned tone. Of course, with a smile on his face.

"Is it really that obvious?" I say laughing because he is the first person that even bothered to talk to me.

He nodded with a grin. Those pearly whites he has are just making me melt. Wait a second... What am i thinking? Snap out of it sofia!

I come back from drooling over his teeth. "Well im actually looking for this starbucks." I say point to the directions on my phone. He looks at them and in one quick second he points down the street. I look over and see a huge Starbucks sign on the side.

I probably look like a moron for not seeing the very big and obvious sign.

With an embarressed smile, i look at him and say "Thank you so much." And i run as fast as i can to the Starbucks. I hear him say something but i cant make it out. I forget about it because i didnt come to L.A. for a boyfriend, i came for a future.
