Julia's POV:

Harry's face sits inches away from mine. He is smiling goofily, his shining eyes boring into mine. Our fingers are wrapped gently around each other. Harry is being his usual flirty, cupcake-like self, messing around and playing with my hair.

I know he cheated but I forgave him... I have to forgive him, because I love him and I don't want to suffer a broken heart.

"Your lips are so kissable," he says groggily, "and your kiss is unmissable... And your fingertips are like, so touchable. And your eyes... Irresistible." He playfully touches the tip of my nose and I laugh. Sometimes he talks so slow he sounds like he's stupid, but I know he's just being silly.

I smile at him with squinty eyes, then sigh and stand from the couch. He leans back and kicks his feet up.

"I'm hungry," he moans pitifully.

"Wah, get your own food," I reply.

He fake-sobs and turns over into the pillow, having an overly played temper tantrum. His body shakes with laughter that he tries to hide with distressed sounds. I walk over to him and swat his side. He looks up at me with a pouty face, and it's moments like these, moments where he's trying to be cute, where I imagine those pink lips pressed up against some other girl's face. My mood depletes.

"No... Get up," I say, then turn away, straightening up the trinkets on my coffee table.

"Jeez," he comments, "someone's being a wittle pouty bear."

"Shut up, that's not even a real saying."

He sighs, seeing as he's failed to amuse me. The next few moments are awkward, until my cellphone beings to ring shrilly.

"Who could that be?" He questions, his playful tone diminished completely.

I shrug and press the "answer call" button.

"Hello?"

"Julia, Julia, get over here as fast as you can!" Michael's panicked voice sounds from the end of the other line, shaking with fear.

"Why what's wrong?" I ask, nervousness crawling across my skin.

"The press. They found me. Help!" He shrieks, and then there is fuzz and the call ends.

I shove my phone into my back pocket and grab my purse quickly.

"Cmon," I say, hitting Harry on the shoulder. "We've gotta get to Neverland as fast as possible, the press discovered Michael."

"Bloody - " Harry exclaims, standing and running outside with me.

On the car ride over, my hands shake as they flimsily grasp the steering wheel.

As I pull up to the gates of Neverland, things are worse than I could've ever imagined. Swarms and swarms of people are gathered there. It's not just the press, there are gazillions of fans pressed up against each other, screaming and stretching just to get one glimpse of the man they thought dead. There are police cars gathered in one corner on the grass, sirens blaring and megaphones shouting messages at the frantic crowd of people. On top of that, several helicopters circle the aerial portion of the ranch, and to my left and right, multiple news stations are broadcasting a live feed to the entire world.

"No way..." I mutter under my breath as I park the car.

"How the heck are we getting in there?" Harry asks.

"You're not going anywhere. There are probably One Direction fans in there, too! Stay right here, don't get caught up in the mob. I'm gonna work my way around to the back and into the upstairs window. See you later, babe," I say quickly, giving him a peck on the cheek and sliding out of the car. As I make my way towards the sea of screaming people, I can hear his faint protests from the car behind me, but he knows I'm right.

Now, I've gotta get past all these people and make it to the back. As I squirm through the crowd I get trampled endlessly. Eventually I work my way to the front, my hair knotted and my spirit worn. This was a cute outfit... But now it's covered in dirt from the feet of the fans. I can see the window from here, but there's no way I can get in there without everyone else seeing me.

Then, an entirely cliche idea surfaces in the back of my mind, but I decide to go along with it.

"Oh my god!" I scream incredibly and painfully loud. "There he is!!!"
I point away from the house and everyone explodes intro an eruption of yelling and soon enough they've moved away, providing me the chance to slip into the window.

I scale the wall of the house and break into the window, landing rolling on the carpet inside.

I run through the house, screaming "Michael?! I'm here!"

Eventually I crash into them- Michael, Mary, Tex, and one other girl who I don't recognize.

"I'm here, what do we do?" I ask breathlessly.

They all look at me solemnly, as if I've missed some sort of memo.

"Julia," Michael utters. "There isn't anything we can do."
