· how the awards work.
→ there will be different categories for the awards. enter your books in the right categories. there will also be a limitation to how many entries are accepted in each category. when the limitation has been met, that category will no longer be opened for any more entries.
→ your books will be judged, and I'll keep the totals in a separate draft chapter. when all books have been judged and all reviews have been sent in, I'll place the books in order according to how much totals they got.
→ there will be one or more winners for each category according to how many entries that category has.
· general rules:
→ please give a permanent follow to this account _kawaiiklub and to _nomercy
→ please add this book to your library, so you can keep up with the updates, and to your reading list, so other people could be able to see it.
→ please give a creative shoutout on your message board.
→ please give five tags right here in an inline comment.
→ judges and participants are not to communicate with each other until after the award is over.
→ no one is absolutely allowed to change their usernames after they've filled out the form. It's pretty tiring to have to go back and forth, making changes to people's usernames. If I do find that you've changed your username, you'll be kicked from the awards, because I am not going to take my time and look for you.
· rules for participants
→ please give your judges a follow once they've been assigned to you. they're the ones judging your works so they deserve that much.
→ you're absolutely not allowed to change the title of your books once after you've filled out the form.
→ the limitation of how many books you can enter is 3, but they must all be in different categories.
→ no bribing the judges.
→ your books must have at least five chapters, excluding authors' notes and casts. no questions asked. if you're entering poetry, minimum three chapters.
→ the password is your favorite land animal.
· rules for judges
→ you must follow the criteria exactly like it is or else your review will not be accepted.
→ before you sign up as a judge, make sure you know you can handle it and won't leave your job. please, this is an important rule. only sign up if you know you're up for it. I don't want judges bailing on me, especially at the last minute.
→ you must be able to meet the deadline. if you have any good reason why you're falling behind, I'll either give you time or find someone who can judge a few of the books you have on your plate. but please make sure to meet the deadline.
→you can be a participant too, but the books you enter should be in a different category from the one you're judging.
→ the password is your favorite sea animal.
→ you can pm me the results once you're done judging, or you can email me (my email will be in my bio) or you can also send it through discord if you have that. those are the only options!
→ please give reviews that have content. don't just say "I like this book". there are two compulsory sections of the review, which are criticism and commending. basically, you must give the areas that were not good enough, and the areas they were strong in.
→ there's a difference between criticizing and just straight up being rude. please refrain yourself from being rude when writing your reviews. rude reviews will not be accepted.
→ please start judging as soon as you've received your books. make sure to meet the deadline!
