Back at my home's bedroom, your eyes will caught the sight of my beautiful collection. Two shelves are full of different merchandise and albums of my favorite boy band. I've began to admire them at an early age. It needed great investment of emotions as you will be with them in every ups and downs of the ride. On the other hand, it was not so hard--holding their hands for quite a long time because they never really made you feel alone. They magically make you feel the love you've never felt before. But that was back at home, in my own simple studio apartment I have nothing but books about the human anatomy especially things about the cardiovascular section of your body. What's running on your mind is quite right, I am a Physician--a Cardiovascular Surgeon, specifically. There might be too much letters and extravagant sounds on my title but I am just as normal as you are. I also go to bathrooms.

I woke up at the sound of my ringtone. With heavy eyelids, I bring myself up and fetch my phone at the bedside table. "Sorry to interrupt your morning Dr. Fray but your patient with Aortic Stenosis is crashing and we need you here right now." Said Dr. Montes who's one of my interns. The start of a great day to save lives. I jump into my my most comfortable clothes, got on my car and raced to the hospital. The hospital was quite busy as early in the morning but I found myself a way and run fast to my crashing patient. I examined the CT Scans and saw that we need to have an emergency operation. "Get her to the OR (Operation Room) and prep her while I go explain briefly what happened to her guardian. Go!" I said in pressure to Dr. Montes.

"Please save my daughter, Doctor. She's too young for this. I haven't given her the most beautiful sight of life yet. Please, I'm begging." The words of my patient's mother touched my heart. I can feel her pain with her words and tears flowing nonstop from her pale hazelnut eyes. She's right, Trisha is so young, she's only 16 years old. "I'll do what I can Mrs. Drake."

I hurried to the OR and opened up her chest. Her heart is weary and so weak. I am searching for what needs to fixed when the devices beside me began to beep so loud. My heart is racing so fast. She is crashing. I need to save her. It is my responsibility to save her. She is too young to face what's after life. She deserve a future. I was thinking too much of how and why I should save this girl in front of me to know that I have been massaging a lifeless heart of almost twenty minutes. "It's time." said Dr. Montes on the other side of my patient's deathbed. I checked my watch while saying "Trisha Drake, time of death 9:23 AM."

     I failed. Again.
