He teased Himari and enjoyed annoying his little sister. If anything, Himari, going into her second year at Aoba Johsai, should find Tōru to be insufferable, like Takara does.
It's funny how things never go the way you expect, or want them to, though. In fact, Himari finds herself looking forward to every second she gets to spend with him.
