You can be a participant, a judge, or you can simply be both.
→ fill out the form right beside the correct genre that matches with the book you're entering.
→ when a genre you're going for is full, you can always add your book to the random genre. I'll put the original genre of your book right beside the name when I add it to the list so random genre judges would know.
→ just so you know, the denominator means how many books in total are accepted for the genre, and the nominator means how many spots are still opened.
(i.e) 10/10 doesn't mean it's full. it means there's still ten spots available.
(i.e) 0/10 doesn't mean it's available. it means there's no more spots out of ten available for the genre.
