I'm looking at a huge planet. I can see oceans and land. I turn around and see that I’m on some sort of platform, and I see to individuals on either side of it. One of them has long, vibrant red hair that is pulled up in a ponytail, and the other had pitch black hair that is left to flow freely down her back. Both of them are glaring at each other with such intensity and hatred that you could practically feel the hostility rolling of them.
"Leave now, Kurome!" The girl with red hair yelled, her eyes flashing.
"Never!" The girl with black hair said, grinning evilly. "I will defeat you and destroy the Core of this planet just like I did to your planet!"
The girl with red hair bristled with anger, and yelled back.
"If you will not leave willingly, then I will force you to leave!" She cried passionately. "But I will NEVER allow you to destroy this planet like you destroyed my home planet!
Kurome smiled an evil smile, and held out her hand. A black sword appeared in her hand, and she pointed it towards the other girl.
"Then we fight to the death." Kurome said quietly.
The red haired girl narrowed her eyes and held out her hand just as Kurome did, summoning two knives. The both just stood there for a moment and then flew at each other so fast that I couldn't even see them, weapons flashing. A few minutes go by with neither party giving up, but slowly Kurome starts to overpower the other girl. Finally, the other girl collapsed onto the ground, bleeding from a terrible wound in her side. Kurome started laughing uncontrollably. The girl looked up weakly from the ground, glaring with hatred.
"You... may... have... defeated... me... but... someone... will... defeat... you... in... my... place..." The girl said weakly
And then the girl closed her eyes and stopped moving. Kurome started cackling.
"Finally" She shrieked with glee. "I have defeated the Child of Magic! And now, no one can stop me!"
However, before I could see what she would do next, I heard someone call out to me.
"-rina! Marina!" The voice called.
"Huh?" I said, opening my eyes a little bit.
I looked over to see my mother looking back from the driver’s seat of our car.
"Marina, we're here!" Mom said excitedly, unbuckling her seatbelt.
I looked out the car window and saw the ocean; I looked out the other window and saw our new house. But my thought quickly went back to the dream I had.
“I can't believe that was a dream.” I thought to myself. “It was way too real!”
I didn't have time to dwell on it because Mom was now forcing me out of the car, and shoved a box into my hands.
"This is all of your stuff that didn't go in the moving van," She said. "All of your furniture and clothes are already in your new room, so why don't you go explore our new town?"
"Ok, Mom, then I guess I'll see you later." I said, and started walking along the sidewalk.
“I guess I’d better find my new school.” I thought to myself.
After walking for a few minutes, I found the school. It was a beautiful old brick building, and I loved it immediately. As I was turning around to head back to the house, a strange feeling washed over me. I felt like I was being watched, and I didn't like it.
"Who's there?" I called out, putting myself on guard.
"Oh? You must be an extraordinary human if you were able to sense my presence." A voice said.
