Prologue

There are few things everyone is certain of a out society but of those few they can bet on with their lives. The main two being so certain they became law you can only possess one power and you will have two tattoos one for your soulmate that you can never harm on your left forearm and your greatest enemy on your right shoulder. It has been this way for more than a century no one has been born outside of these rules. As expected of humanity, some use their power for good while others are corrupted by their gift. Their powers are sortable into the groups of physical, mental, real, imagery, good, and bad giving everyone 3 tags each to keep track of what they can do. Heros rise up amid the chaos to stop the corruption. This causes the birth of villains and forever changes society. One hero rose above the rest being seen as a symbol of hope and strength. On the opposite side a notorious villain made her name known to all. The world became curious as to why they never hurt one another in their battles. They become more curious when they refuse to be seen together making sure the other is busy before making an appearance. When they find out the truth what will they do? Will they destroy their greatest protector to rid their worst nightmare? Or will they accept the strange bond?
