Anything for you

The sun is so bright. Brighter than anything I ever saw in NYC when I lived there. I thought as I regained my strength. I looked over at the clock it was 8:24am. "Ugh." I got up drowsy. I ran back over to my bedroom and opened the door, all of the girls were still out cold from last night. I grabbed my phone charger, tooth brush and hairbrush. I texted Brenton asking if he wanted to meet up for breakfast. Then I got ready, I knew it was going to be a day filled with questions. My phone went off, it was a text from Brenton he said he would love to, and that we shuld go to the Gunshop cafe. The cafe were we first met. So I got ready and rode my bike down the street to the cafe. I walked in the door and he was already there. He had a cup of coffee waiting for me, he had one for himself as weel. i went and sat down.

"Thanks for meeting me."

"Anything for you." he said with that sweet Aussie smile.

"I wanted to apologize for my terrible vomitting sickness last night."

"Do you feel better? I ordered just black coffee I know it always helps me settle my stomach, and gives me my needed caffine dosage." he said laughing.

"Yeah, it's great.." I said failing to make direct eye contact.

"Is everything okay? Everything no including healthwise?" he said reaching for my hand.

I still couldn't get off my mind that his sister didn't like me. I mean why? What did I do? I said one fucking word to the girl and she acted like we had been enemies since day one.

"Sam?"

"Why does Stephanie hate me?"

"Hate you?" he asked shocked.

"You were there, you saw, she hates me.. and I.. well.. i just want to know WHY?"

"Stephanie.. is just Stephanie. She'll get use to you."

"Yeah. right."

"She will i promise.She tried to sell me on the internet when I was younger, but she still loves me, and I love her."

"She has a funny way of showing it."

"I promise you'll love her." he put his hand on the side of my face to caress it.

"I actually have a question to ask you.."

"What?"

"Well, I was just wodnering since I am in that new movie "Ride" I wanted to know if you wanted to come with me to the premier?"

"Where's the Premier?""

"It's in L.A., and I thought your an American girl, you'd know more about the states then I would... so what do you say?"

"i was alittle surprised, but i wanted to go! i had always dreamed of going to California, and have never been. But this summer was with my father, how would he handle it?

"When is it?"

"Thursday."

"Thursday as in tomorrow?"

"Yes. But we'd be back home by the following Tuesday."

How could he say no? This was a once in a lifetime oppurtunity, and i'd only be gone for 5 days. Not even a week!

"Ok!" I said just making up the decision for my dad.

"Really?"

"YES!" I said.

He ran over and bear hugged me.. to the point where I couldn't breathe..

"Brenton.. I.. I.. I can't breathe."

"Sorry!" he said moving the hair out of my face then kissed me..

"Better?"

"MUCH!"

After our coffee run we ran back to my dad's so I could start to pack. He had to run to go to a recording thing for a movie.

"Bye.. Love you." he said walking out of my front door..

"I love you too."

I ran upstairs I didn't have much time.. I had to pack. Part of me felt terrible for ditching my friends since they had come to see me. I walked in my bedroom they were all there was Criminal Minds on Netflix.

"Hey guys.."

"Sup Bitch?" Caroline asked.

"I um.. I'm.. You know what screw it. Brenton and I are going to LA!"

"WHAT?" Aly asked.

"Yep.. good old LA!"

"Sam you've dreamed of LA since you were like 4.." Caroline said.

"I know!!!"

"I'm so happy for you!" Kenzie said running up to me and hugged me.

"Thanks!"

"Guys the only problem is.. is that it's this umm.... Thurssssdayyy.."

"Thursday?" Caroline said

"Yep"

"Thursday as in tomorrow?" she asked a little more angirly..

"Yesss......"

"Sam? Are you serious right now? I came down to spend time with my best friend and now all your doing is things with him. I havent seen you for more than 24 hours out of the 56 I've been here."

"I know... but guys this is a once in a life.."

"We know we know... A once in a lifetime chance. Anything for you Sam."

"Caroline if you're my best friend like you claim you are.. you should be happy for me."

"I am.. I am very happy for you. Have a nice flight. I know I'm taking the next one out of here."

"Caroline."

She walked out and slammed my door.

"Can you believe her? How over dramatic."

All the other girls looked at eachother..

"Well we should gooooo.." Aly said pulling kenzie and Marissa's arms out the door.

"Guys?!" I was left alone. i couldn't believe it.
