How to loose weight without taking any medications or doing some lipo suctions or so whatever...

For breakfast eat like a king. For lunch eat like princess and for dinner eat like a beggar.

Eat plenty during breakfast dont take snacks between breakfast and lunch. If you're hungry drink only warm water. During lunch time, take a small amount of foods that can only fill your stomach. Every 3 o'clock pm eat one cup of yogurt and drink warm water. And during dinner time, eat a small amount of food. (take note: Small Amount Of Food). Never ever eat during midnight time. If you're hungry always remember to drink WARM WATER.

Everyday, do some walking exercise.. (plainly walking exercise-no jogging,hopping or etc.) at least 30 minutes.

Always eat fruits and vegetables, and take multi-vitamins.

Avoid vices (drinking alcohols and smoking)

Lastly, Avoid these foods:

chocolates, cheese, burgers, spaghettis, pizza, junk foods, hot and spices, (any foods that have cheese) tomatoes (tomato paste, tomato ketchup--) alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, coffeee, tea, juice, cake, donuts, 

Less milk ,add more yogurt in your body.

Do this for a month and see it for yourself.

(and oopsie, dont forget to get your body weight before you do this so you'll know how much you loose weight,)
