Ch. 14: April Fools pt. 2

Hi all quick authors note- welcome back to friends with benefits- just a heads up after this chapter there will be a big time skip going to their third year with a quick recap of how second year went. K thanks- on to the chapter-

~Y/n's POV~

  We all arrived at the burrow pretty quickly, mum and I walked in once we got there since the Weasleys had already arrived. We all sat around on the couch, getting ready to celebrate the twin's birthday with a little birthday party and some cake.

Ginny walked in and came to sit next to me, leaning in and whispering, "so, what do you plan to do all week?"

I smiled slightly and whispered back, "probably hang out with the twins, maybe stir up some mischief, you?"

"Probably just hang out, maybe play with some friends"

I nodded and leaned back against the couch, watching the room and waiting for the celebration to start.

**Time skip, after the celebration**

We were cleaning up after the birthday party, mum had already left since she had to get up early the next morning for work. When we finally finished cleaning up, I headed upstairs to put my stuff away in Ginnys room before going to hangout with the boys.

I lightly knocked on the door, I then heard some shuffling and the door opened to reveal Fred, covered in what looked like dust and paint.

"Uhhh what happened to you?" I ask, earning a chuckle from Fred.

"Well we were working on some new pranks. Did you need anything?"

"I was actually coming to see if I could hangout with you two"

Fred looked back, I assume to double check with his twin. He then opened the door a little wider and welcomed me in.

"Hey Y/n" George said as I walked in.

"Hi, need any help you two?"

The boys were silent for a moment, then looked at each other.

"Mmmm I don't think so." One answered.

"You can just hang out if you'd like." The other replied.

I just nodded and sat on the floor, watching them for the rest of the night.

~okay guys, here's our return chapter. Couple things, one I'm sorry that it took me so long to update this since my last authors note, I got busy with school, baby, and my sisters softball so it was kinda hard to update and continue editing. Two, in the next chapter there will be a huge time skip since I'm not entirely sure what to write, I'll make sure to add at the beginning an updated time stamp and to catch y'all up on what has happened between this time and the next. Aside from that thank you all so much for being patient and not losing faith in me despite being on break for so so long. Also apologies that it's kinda short. Stay sweet my lovelies♥️ Starharmonies
