~CHAPTER 4~

"kilala nyo ba kung sino yon?"

i kept on asking Jerick and Val since they were the closest to Hiro

"that's Belle, Hiro's first love and only ex girlfriend" Jerick whispered back to me

Val shook his head "magbibigay ka na nga lang ng info kulang pa"

"edi ikaw ang magbigay... baka patayin pa ako ni hiro" Jerick said then started talking to the others like nothing happened

Val shook his head again "guys sasamahan ko lang si Alex maghanap ng gift para sa grandmother nya"

Before me and Val left i looked over to Akihiro and Belle's table and Hiro is looking at us, so i acted like i was happily walking beside Val

'Val will kill me for sure'

when we reached the clothing store, Val started talking

"So, that girl is Belle Ichika Yoshioka... kababata sya ni Hiro sa Japan before he came here for training"

i was picking a shirt so that we have proof for Val's excuses... "Jerick said, she is Hiro's first love?"

"yeah... i remember the first day the three of us became close, lagi na lang si Belle ang bukam bibig nya, everything about her just makes him crazy inlove"

my heart is aching but i need to control it, first love never dies "why did they broke up then?"

"let's just say, Belle cheated"

i looked up at him and he was just avoiding eye contact 'i have never seen him like this'

Val sighed "you see Belle's second name Ichika means One thousand flowers, and Hiro is her only Butterfly... pero naging busy si Hiro sa Mafia group namen and Belle felt like she needed a new butterfly to take care of her One Thousand Flowers"

"that's messed up... pero single digit pa lang age nyo non ahh, pwede na agad kayo mag jowa?"

Val walked closer to the clothes and started picking one for his own grandmother "well, kaming anim hindi pa pwede at that time because of Ms. Jeon's rules... but since Hiro is our strongest Ms, Jeon allowed him"

"ahh ok, tara na sa counter magbabayad na ako... pero continue mo lang"

Val laughed a little "so yun na nga, Belle cheated with Hiro's own bestfriend... when Hiro found out he immediately broke up with her and destroyed every connection he ever had with Belle and his bestfriend"

"tama na nga ang gantong usapan, let's just go back... masyado na akong madameng alam" i said hiding the pain in my eyes

i know i like Hiro, i know im hurting because of Hiro and Belle's back love story

we were walking back to the food court when Val pulled me back "look, i know you like Hiro, we all know that... and i heared, since si Hiro and magmamana ng company ng mother nya... kelangan nya muna ikasal, and for all i know baka si tita pa nagpadala kay Belle dito... she is Tita's number one choice for Hiro, I'm warning you"

i looked down and just sighed "so what if i like him, they are a perfect fit for each other... wag kang mag ala kupido dahil hindi mo pa naman nagagawan ng move si Ysol"

Val scoffed "baka 10 years from now maging bridesmaid ka pa sa kasal nila Hiro at Belle" he then walked off

"wow, thank you sa motivation hah... siraulo to"

~AKIHIRO POV~

i saw Alex and Val happily leaving their table "pasaan naman kaya ang dalawang yon" i whispered to myself

"you were saying?"

'nakalimutan ko ng kausap ko tong babaeng to'

i sighed "look, just answer my question... bakit ka ba kasi nandito?"

she dropped her smile then rolled her eyes... she looked behind her, left then right then behind me

"look, I didn't come back here in the Philippines because i still love you... Tita asked me to come here and check on you, she also told me na you have to be married first before you inherit her company"

i rolled my eyes "so what?, sa tingin mo papakasalan kita?"

she scoffed then laughed like she heard the dumbest thing ever "at sa tingin mo naman gusto kita?, oh baby my name litteraly means One thousand flowers... i have over a million butterflies surrounding it"

"ano ba kaseng pakana ni mama to?... bakit ba kelangan nandito ka at sa bahay ko pa titira?"

"who do you think is your mother's number one choice as your bride" Belle said with a smirk plastered on her face

i accidentally slammed my hand on the table gaining everyone's attention "sorry" i sat back down and faced her smirking face

"hindi ako papayag, i will never marry you over my dead body"

she never removed the smirk on her face "and you think magagawan mo ng paraan pag si tita na yung nag arrange"

"i won't let that happen, i will talk to her"

"you can't even say no to her, you agreed of being an heir of her company kahit na mas gusto mo na mag doctor... you agreed to be your father's heir in the Mafia group... kinalimutan mo lahat ng pangarap at pangako mo because you... cant... say.... no"

"Shut up Belle" i can't stop my self anymore, my inner demon is starting to show

"ooh, feisty... nagbago ka nga, but believe it or not... magbago ka man o hindi, you still don't know how to say no"

she stood up with the smirk still plastered on her face "i'll see you in ten years, be ready for me" she left the table with her bodyguards

"anong mundo ba yung tinitirahan ko... sana sa jupiter na lang ako naulan ng dyamante"
