The poor Nel crying with all her soft feelings and lustrous drops of water breaking her heart continuously with a gesticulation of agonized body. She observes the ending of her pumping heart with the weight of millions and millions of memories and affection towards Joel. This is surreal, it can't end like this, all mixture of fluctuated thoughts and a feeling of distress stucked her with lots of sorrows, that she can't find a way to let herself move from this dreadful moment created by god. The life totally depends on experiencing and learning, each and every aspect of our lives is like a turning point, where we are able to learn something and feel something that really leads to a wonderful ending, but sometimes it would have combined into something unbelievable but according to the instructions of god, and his way of building us in every stage can always reach a path of life with lot's of happiness and joy at the end. She won't recognised herself, when she meets her eye with joel, who's still sleeping with his lashes closed and isn't showing any sign of hope to recover. This seems to be a departure of two wings of a bird, falling in a vague dream, not willing to express feelings, but can't stop the rain of drops coming without any instructions. The patients observing her crying with all her soaked clothes and weak legs, aren't helping her, she merged into sadness and this shows the symbol of love, and fear of losing one. Suddenly a tall women grabbed her and healed her wounds, with all her Comfy words, and energetic voice, she hold nel's hand, and started giving her as much as courage she wants. The perfect treatment given by the women turned into a love and support for Nel, she got her needy affectionate love and warm hugs with delight words. The women took Nel to the staff room,  where she was preparing her medications regarding to the patient's recovery. The cloth she took was inside the first aid box, for the purpose of healing her wounds. Gently with a desire to comfort Nel she performed her best to keep her warm, untill and unless the wounds get recovered. The nurse waited for her to survive till end her fresh blood turns into the bandage of medication. After few hours, she decided to take Nel to her room to receive some rest, she calls the co- workers of the hospital and instructs them to take Nel to her room. The loved one's are now totally separated, one who was in the stage of getting uncured and another one seeking for some life into her body. Every moment seems like a ticking of clock, where two hands of clock are staying still and third one's roaming just in sake to find some hope, and is consider as the hand of life inside the clock. Miracles are not often, they can appear sometimes, but spirits can't rose always, although they can shine as a star but would never show up themselves, every passed minutes seems like a sign of courage that nurse gave to Nel. Joel was still unconscious and the ICU room made him freezed, the ventilator continuously passing through his mouth. This incident was unwanted but happenes as per the wish of almighty, after few hours nel got her senses and she immediately opened her eyes and ignored everything beside her, she removed the ceilings of glucose and oxygen cylinder which was covering her with all the pipes roaming here and there, she ran as fast as she can and ensure herself  that everything is fine, nobody can neglect god's wish, and sorrows can't heal in one minute, so it's often irritating her that if everything is fine and the hospital bed will be empty that is without joel. This seems like a fearful love. The desire to see joel with her own eyes ain't letting her to have control over her veins, she puts all her efforts and finally she reached joel, this was dreadful she saw him with his eyes closed the same as before and his palms covered with all the medications and treatment surgeons around him, she forced all of them to move ahead and wriggled towards him, she tried to snatch him but unfortunately all the nurses and the other co - workers handled her and with her panic situation they threw her out of the ICU room the sound of the ventilator and the alarm of surgery room disturbs her every time, she tries her best to go forward him, her affectionate love and the power to sense his heartbeats are holding her soul to fit into her head that joel still has a chance to get her, and this was the best chance for her to express her feelings for him and ensure that everything will be fine, if he gets a support and unconditional love of her, she's going on trying her best to enter the room but the nurses instruct secretary guards to stay her away from the surgery room.
