It was free period, Chaewon wanted to go back to the roof. This time when she opens the door she's going to keep it open.

She placed a box near the corner of the door so it closes she doesn't get locked in but it seems as if she's never alone at the roof, he's there again.

"Didn't you learn your lesson the first time?" He questioned in a harsh tone, bothered by the presence being around him.

"I did, which is why I decided to be smarter and put a box near the door." She pointed towards the box that stood near the corner of the door. The male exhaled deeply, "why are you still here."

"I like this place honestly, it's not everyday where you find an abandoned place at school. You must've been at peace these years with this place."

"Mhm."

"Why are you always in a bad mood?" She knitted her brows asking the boy, he darted his deep sharp orbs back at her. "Why do you ask so many questions? It's the way I am."

"Ok mr moody pants, here have some lollipops they're my favorite. I have tons of flavors so choose one!" I beamed, the male just glanced at me "I don't like candy."

"It's really good! You're gonna like them a lot, and plus it will probably clear that moody mind of yours!"

Sunoo gave up and took one from my hands, "you chose lychee, that's my favorite flavor."

"Mhm."

"Class is starting Sunoo, let's go before we get scolded." I tugged on the male's arm.

Sunoo stood up from his seat, he brushed off the dust that got on his black attire. Without a say he went down the stairs, while I trailed behind him.

"Class, today we'll be listening to a music piece that was very popular in the 19th century." Our music teacher clasped her hands together.

"The piece is a piano piece, many pianists can't perfect this piece it's very difficult. And when you listen, you'll see why."

"It's called La Campanella by Liszt ."

Sunoo's heart pounded, she played the part and Sunoo's chest was beating out of control. His head felt faint, he rushed off of his seat. Not knowing what to do he stepped out of the classroom.

"What happened to him?" The teacher tilted her head viewing Sunoo's figure that was walking down the hall.

The rest shrugged, like they say. No one can figure him out, even if they tried to...you won't ever be able to read the expressions off that boy's face.

Sunoo —-

I left the class not caring if I was going to get detention or face any consequences I just didn't want to listen to that music piece ever again.

I curled up into a ball, I made my way back at the roof. All of the memories flood my mind, how they constantly would hurt me while that piece would play in my mind continuously.

I did whatever I could to perfect it, but it was never done. And in result I ended up getting hurt, for every piano piece I took time perfecting they would hurt me. But when I made it to the hardest piece, that's when it got worse.

They became even more strict on me, I couldn't go a day without having blood around my face. I won't ever be able to go listening to that piece without being haunted of my horrible past.

I was lucky enough for them to turn up dead out of no where or else I'd be in the same place as I was three years ago, beaten and tortured. Even though I'm free...nothing will ever help fix my dark past.
