Chapter 5

Jennie's POV

I always think that days go by quickly. That because of work and exhaustion, often times I never really gave any effort in counting the days. However, since Kai Oppa flew to Hawaii I have been counting days. And never have I felt that a day can last any longer. I don't really want to call it missing him but I think that would be the perfect word. I have been sleeping on his apartment for the past few days simply because I miss his warmth and scent. We do talk from time to time but having his presence is different.

"Unnie, stop sighing. You can come home with me and play with Zeus if you want. " Lisa said.

"It's okay Lisa. But do tell Zeus that I miss him." I answered

When the staff told us that we are done for today, I immediately went home to get some stuffs. Kai Oppa has given me space on his walked in closet and I'm running out of clothes. Suddenly my phone started ringing.

"Oppa!" I said cheerfully. I then heard him chuckle on the line.

"It looks like my bear missed me." I unconsciously pouted.

"It's okay, I miss you too. Have you been eating well?"

"Yes, I had a salad before going back here. "

"Just a salad? You should be eating proper meal."

"But I'm on diet, you know how thinhs work."

"Still, one nice meal a day wouldn't hurt, are you sleeping over to my apartment?"

"Of course. Your bed feels so great. "

"Hmmm, should I buy a bigger one? You're a pretty messy sleeper. " He teased and I can feel myself blushing.

"Oppa!" I complained

"I'm kidding bear, with your size we could still have a room for another person." Kai Oppa has been nagging me about my weight. Saying that I should stop doing diets because my true fans will accept me even if I'll look like a whale.

"Stop teasing me Oppa."

"Sorry, sorry. But bear, there is something that you need to know."

"Hmmm.." I felt nervous out of the blue.

"Krystal is here." I suddenly forgot how to speak.

"Bear?"

"Eo, Oppa. Sorry."

"I should have told you a while ago but I know you're busy. I didn't know that she would be one of the Creative Director for this shot." He explained.

"Oppa, it's okay. I'm okay, it's your job. Are you okay?" I hear him breathe.

"At first I thought I would be distracted. That I'd be looking at her all the time, you know simping like a teenager that I was before. " He then pause for a while. Like how my breath is right now.

"But I didn't. I don't see the same glow I did with her before. I don't see the charm I was smitten for her before. Instead, I kept thinking about you. "Did you eat?" "Are you okay?". I have been having you in my mine all the time." I can feel myself slowly smiling, my heart skipping a beat.

"I look forward to talking to you, even just on the phone. See you smile, even just on my wallpaper. I think The Kim Jennie has wrapped me on her fingers." He finished chuckling.

"Oppa, you have been hanging out with Suho sunbae a lot. You're becoming cheessy." I answered laughing.

" Days will go by quickly, Oppa. You'll be here before you know it." I added

"I know, I've been trying my best." He answered then paused.

"Thank you Bear, if you didn't come into my life. I would have been drowning into my feelings right now and probably looking at here like a puppy waiting to be pet. "

"No Oppa, thank you for letting me and saving me from BigBang Oppaduel. " I replied with a hint of chuckle. Jiyong Oppa would still be pestering me if I didn't have anyone to introduce as a boyfriend.

"Then maybe we should keep each other. It's a win-win situation for the both of us. Plus, you got a new bed." He teased.

"Oppa!"

"I miss you so much bear." He suddenly said.

"Me too Oppa, me too." Having this conversation with him and being comfortable with telling our emotions and feelings is making me confused more. What will happen after 3 months? Will my little heart be ready to take the consequences? Once again Kim Jennie, what have you gotten yourself into?
