| DISCLAIMER There will mostlikly be no smutt in this story firstly because I can't write that and well it's based off me and this boy and we are only young |

---------

LeeAnn woke up at precisely 7:30am which had been quiet early than what she's used to. She digged through her dresser to find a simple outfit. She had only been 8 almost 9 at the time and she was getting ready for an average day of 3rd grade.

She picked out a nice pair of jeans and a cute kids shirt with a horse on it, horses are her favorite animal.

She ran down the stairs skipping 2 steps each time in excitement for school. LeeAnn was only young so she still loved school and didn't know the harsh world that she would come to know soon. She sat at the kitchen table expecting her great grandmother to bring her out waffles but when she didn't come LeeAnn went around the house to find her.

When LeeAnn couldn't find her she figured she went to the store and LeeAnns mother was still asleep so she made breakfast for herself. This was not the 1st time she had to do this and it wouldn't be the last. She popped the Eggo Waffles in the toaster and awaited impatiently for them to pop up. In the mean time LeeAnn went to the fridge and grabbed out Hersheys Chocolate Syrup and as soon as it was in her hand the toaster popped! She ran over and carefully grabbed the Eggo Waffles out and drizzled lines of chocolate syrup across the waffles acting as if she was a world renowned chef.

LeeAnn knew she had to be at the bus stop at 7:45 so she scarfed down the Eggo Waffles and ran to brush out her hair, brush her teeth and slip on her sneakers. Within 5 minutes she was ready to go and yelled through the house she was going to the bus stop even though she knew no one heard her or even cared.

See LeeAnns mom had many health issues and slept alot and well her and her mom left her biological dad when she was just 2 years old. LeeAnn never really had a dad in her life nor did she care too.

As LeeAnn raced to the bus stop she got there 3 minutes before the bus got there so she sat down on the old broken bench and waited and waited. Once the bus finally got there the rest of the day was a very big blur.

--Time skip to the end of the school day--

"Finally the day is over" LeeAnn thought to herself. She got on a different bus than she had arrived on because her mom was going to have surgery in a couple hours and she was going to her friend/soon to be step sisters house were she would stay for the next week while her mom recovered.

LeeAnn finally found the right bus and read the number "Bus 57." Since she was going to be on there for a week they gave her a sign seat just like everyone else. Her seat number was 9 but that seat was taken by some mean kids and so she went down the isle til she found one spot open next to some kid that had been in her grade that she had never talked to or knew his name. She sat down and looked up at the numbers and the seat number had been seat "14."

LeeAnn looked over at the kid she was sitting next to and he looked very shy, he had brown hair almost so dark it looked kind of like black hair but in the sun there was a brown tint and he also had dark brown eyes. She smiled at him trying to be polite and he was very nice she had come to learn. He asked what her name was and she stated "My name is LeeAnn, what is your name?" The boy responded with "My name is Caleb" (The boy this book is abouts name is not Caleb but I used that name because in 5th grade that was is Code Name well because it's funny and I needed to call him cute infront of him somehow 😏) "Nice to meet you" LeeAnn said. Somehow the 20 minute bus ride flew by with them talking and laughing the ride away until his stop came up and they said goodbye.

LeeAnn was very shocked she had made a new friend since she already had many friends and was pretty well known in her grade. She was not at all popular but she knew everyone and everyone knew her. LeeAnn couldn't wait to talk to Caleb again knowing that it's the start of a great friendship. Little did LeeAnn know there friendship would become alot more over the years.

Yes this is the end of this chapter! I cried while making this bring back memories from the day I met him. I hope you enjoyed I will keep writing more soon! I will mostlikly not be keeping us as 3rd graders because I only remember a little from then but I will write the important memories throughout me and his friendship in this story and we are going into 8th is yes I am young but I will keep updating with all the great memories since 3rd grade ❤️.
