Why can't I hate you?

Harry

Once you've tasted poison, there's no stopping it from flowing throughout you and killing you slowly.

Her lips danced with mine as I held her close with my arms. Our bodies moulding together as we gripped each other with force. Her lips were soft and filled with sweet, sweet poison. A poison so intoxicating that I wanted it all. Her hands found their way to my neck, gripping the skin tightly. I was connected to her until I fell back from a brute force. Her hands fell onto my chest before heaving me to the ground. Dark eyes roamed my swollen lips and my sweaty mess of hair. Her chest was heaving up and down and she was looking at me than her hands. She looked at me and then gritted her teeth tightly and her jaw straining. She pulled her sword from her scabbard and extended it in my exact direction. The blade lining up a hair away from the stubble along my chin. I could smell the bitter steel.

"Kiss me again, and see what happens." she looked fucking hot from this angle. I couldn't explain why because then I would sound mentally insane.

"You kissed me too sweet creature." I said as I angled my eyes with hers. The sword moved up just to the in-between of my eyes.

"St-stop calling me that. I hate you. This is all your fault, I would have been there by now without you." Her eyes turning glossy as her arms grew shaky from holding the sword.

"I know, it's okay. But I did save your life, like 2 times already. I think that deserves a kiss."

"I don't know where you came from, or how many girls drooled over you. But you can't just kiss people like that." she said gritting her teeth once more.

"Then why did you only push me away after the second time, huh?" her gaze shifted to the sandy surface as she bit the inside of her cheek hard.

"I could kill you, and finish this myself. without you dragging me down." God, was I supposed to be scared. Her messy hair and tight jaw, only made me want to kiss her more. Her arms flexing as she held her other hand in a tight fist and the other with her arm extended with a heavy sword. Her eyes were glossy and her lips were dark and swollen.

"You look beautiful." Her jaw unlatched and her mindset changed in just a second. She dropped the sword slightly as her mouth followed the same action.  Her chest fuming up and down, her legs starting to fidget as the gears in her mind were struggling to shift. I nudged the sword out of my direction. I watched her as she scanned my eyes and then her hands, blinking harshly.

Suddenly everything went black, a sharp pain wincing throughout my brain.  My mind was blurry, racing with thoughts. Endless loops of her dancing in my mind, no room for anything else. I hated it but loved it. I never intended to be this captured by her, but then why did I follow her. I don't believe in destiny or fate but this seemed pretty suspicious. I was the person who was always alone, everything I did was always alone. Yet, I meet her and it all changes.

~ an hour later ~

I rub my eyes back and forth hoping to have a clear vision. As my eyes slightly opened, I was met with an unpleasant pain coming from my head. I reached for the area in pain and felt a large round bump growing on the left side of my head. The pain lurched throughout my body, causing me to wince in pain.

The room was brighter than before, the surface was softer, different than before. Instead of the red dirt-covered cave, it was covered in shiny rocks and grey stone. The light was piercing my weakened eyes. There she was. Huddled over next to the fire. A pained expression painted across her face. My eyes trailed down to her hands, which were covered in red liquid and in her other hand a white fabric. I collected myself, in hopes I would be able to see things clearer.
