the quirk makes the user able to manipulate their own tears! basically if they think of a hand the tears will pour out of their eyes as it forms the object, and it's capable of movement, the hand would be able to grab or hit stuff. Also! As it can manipulate items, it can manipulate people, just let the tears run over that person and do with that as they so please.
drawbacks:
is the quirk is used for to long, the user will start getting dry eye, if the quirk is used any longer blood will start pouring from the eye(s), and the user's vision will be temporarily loss!
